Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma will officially come out on PlayStation 5 on February 13th, 2026.
It felt like only a matter of time before this happened. Ratings for the PlayStation 5 version appeared online before the game was even released on Switch, Switch 2, and PC earlier this year, and the list of trophies players could earn on PS5 was recently leaked, hinting at its upcoming release.
Okay, so I’ve been hearing a lot about this RPG, and it sounds awesome! It’s a mix of exploring a big world, building up your own town, getting to know the characters really well, and then having fast-paced, satisfying combat. It already got amazing reviews on other platforms, so if you haven’t checked it out yet, I’m definitely keeping an eye on when it hits PS5 – it looks like a must-play!

However, the release is happening during a very crowded time for new games. February already features titles like Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined, Nioh 3, Romeo Is a Dead Man, Yakuza Kiwami 3, Resident Evil Requiem, and Tales of Berseria Remastered, and March looks just as busy at the moment.
