Holo Indie and Velux Studio are launching the roguelike RPG HoloDungeon: Koyori vs. Hollow Live in Honsha Tower on Steam for PC in Early Access on January 22, 2026. The game, based on the popular VTuber group hololive, will cost 1,500 yen. For the first week, it will be available at a 10% discount.

About
HoloDungeon is a fantastic maze that transforms with every new challenge, inhabited by mysterious creatures called Hollow – similar to Holomen. Hakui Koyori embarks on a daring quest to save her friends and ensure a successful Live performance! This roguelike RPG emphasizes strategy and intellect, and even when your character falls, your progress isn’t lost.
Story
Hakui Koyori was incredibly busy with the upcoming live performance, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness.
Right when everything was carefully planned, the world unexpectedly changed into a strange and confusing place called the “HoloDungeon.”
“Oh noooooo! Help me, Koyoriii!”
“La, Lap-chan!?”
Shortly after the trouble started, another member of their secret group was suddenly kidnapped. Can Koyori rescue her friends and still manage to put on the important live show?
HoloDungeon
HoloDungeon is a constantly changing dungeon, much like a hologram. It automatically creates new levels with each playthrough, guaranteeing a unique adventure every time you enter. You’ll never experience the same dungeon twice!
Falling into the dungeon means you’ll lose items and experience you’ve collected, but the lessons you learn will be valuable for future adventures.
You won’t lose your Dungeon Experience Points if you fail in a dungeon, and the Decorate Recipes you can buy with those points are crucial for completing it.
Hollow
The Hollows are similar to Hololive talents, but they’re all created by a single person. These unique beings, each with their own skills and personalities, are waiting for the main character, Koyori.
If you really understand what makes Hollow different, you can use that knowledge to help you win.
Items and Dungeon Traps
Items and traps found while exploring HoloDungeon are packed with Hololive elements!
Things that initially seem difficult or even dangerous can actually be helpful in a tough situation, if you use them correctly. But the same goes the other way around – something useful can quickly become a problem if misused.
Decorate System
You can use “Koyorinium” gathered while exploring dungeons to create new medicines or improve your weapons and armor through a process called “Decorate.” This significantly boosts their effectiveness.
As a fan, I can tell you these effects are amazing. They’re total game-changers – seriously, when you’re stuck and things look hopeless, they can completely turn the tide and help you win!
Even items with negative effects can be useful for strategic dungeon exploration, adding a new layer of gameplay.
