
The new trailer for Hoppers just arrived, and it openly acknowledges being inspired by Avatar. Despite that, it looks really fun, and we’re excited to see the movie!
What’s the Hoppers trailer about?
The movie follows Mabel, an animal enthusiast, who gets a chance to test incredible new technology. In “Hoppers,” scientists have figured out how to transfer a person’s mind into realistic robotic animals, letting people experience the world as animals! Using this invention, Mabel discovers secrets about the animal kingdom that are more amazing than she ever thought possible.

The movie boasts an impressive voice cast, including Meryl Streep as the Insect Queen, Dave Franco as Titus, and Kathy Najimy as Dr. Sam. Joining them are Eduardo Franco (Loaf), Melissa Villaseñor (Ellen), Ego Nwodim (Fish Queen), Vanessa Bayer (Diane), Sam Richardson (Conner), Aparna Nancherla (Nisha), Nichole Sakura (Reptile Queens), Isiah Whitlock Jr. (Bird King), Steve Purcell (Amphibian King), Karen Huie (Grandma Tanaka), and Tom Law (Tom Lizard). They join previously announced cast members Piper Curda (Mabel), Bobby Moynihan (King George), and Jon Hamm (Mayor Jerry).

Daniel Chong, the director of the new Pixar film, describes it as a funny and heartwarming adventure where the main character, Mabel, experiences the animal kingdom from an animal’s perspective. He promises a thrilling and emotional ride, and is excited for audiences to see it on the big screen.
