How Barbara Palvin Walked Victoria’s Secret Runway With a Broken Foot

Barbara Palvin is a “particularly tough cookie.”

That’s according to her husband, Dylan Sprouse, who explained the injury she overcame to model in the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

Dylan shared with TopMob News on October 15th that she fractured her foot four weeks prior, adding with a laugh that it was ‘very funny’ to see her foot healing.

He said he expects she’ll be able to walk normally once the adrenaline starts flowing, but he’s still worried about her.

According to the *Suite Life* star, Barbara—who married Dylan in 2023—is incredibly strong and doesn’t get easily intimidated.

“She doesn’t seem worried about anything,” he explained. “She just acts like it’s any other day. I was surprised – you’d think after months of training, she’d be nervous about performing!”

As a lifestyle expert, I’m always touched by displays of support, and it was lovely to see how devoted this Disney Channel alum was to Barbara throughout her event. He was there for her all day – from sending her off in the morning to a sweet FaceTime chat in the afternoon. But beyond that, he used the occasion to shine a light on endometriosis, a condition his wife bravely battled and underwent surgery for just a few months ago. It’s wonderful when people use their platform to raise awareness for important health issues like this.

He explained he was wearing the endometriosis awareness pin because his friend, Barbara, recently had surgery for endometriosis. He added that she handled the experience with incredible strength.

Plus, as the couple discovered, there’s not “a lot of awareness” about endometriosis.

After she shared her story online, a lot of people contacted her – many women who’d gone through similar experiences. Some even said they hadn’t recognized their own symptoms until they saw her post and finally got a diagnosis.

He said he hoped this small effort would be helpful, even if it only made a little difference.

And Dylan’s attempt to raise awareness isn’t the only way he has been there for his wife.

Barbara shared with TopMob News that Dylan was a huge support during and after her surgery, helping her through the entire recovery process.
