How Hailee Steinfeld is Preparing to Welcome Her, Josh Allen’s Baby

Hailee Steinfeld is on the edge of motherhood.

Actress Brittany Snow, who revealed in December she’s expecting her first baby with husband Josh Allen, recently shared a peek at how she’s getting ready for the new arrival.

Hailee recently shared that the realization she’s about to become a mother truly hit her while relaxing in her family room. She explained in her Beau Society newsletter that, as expected, she’s been making lots of to-do lists – something she enjoys – and is busy preparing for the baby’s arrival by doing research and getting everything organized.

Besides all of that, the expectant mother is also focusing on her own emotional and mental preparation before the baby arrives, along with the Buffalo Bills quarterback.

She shared that the most meaningful part of preparing for the baby has been taking time for self-reflection. She’s been having daily conversations with herself, often pondering what motherhood will be like and imagining cozy moments with her baby in the nursery.

I’ve been feeling a strange, all-encompassing sense that amazing things are about to happen in the world, shared The Edge of Seventeen star. It feels like we’re on the verge of connecting with someone we already deeply care about. It’s hard to put into words, and maybe that’s intentional. Right now, I’m just grateful to be experiencing this feeling and letting it settle in.

Hailee and Josh, both 29 years old, shared the happy news that they’re expecting a baby in a social media post on December 12th. Since then, Hailee, the singer behind the song “Starving,” has been busy preparing her home for the new arrival.

Setting up the nursery has been wonderful,” she shared. “I’ve obsessed over even the smallest things – seriously, who knew picking a rocking chair could be so stressful? – but watching it all come together has made becoming parents feel more real. It’s definitely still a work in progress, though – things are coming along slowly but surely!”

But she’s been able to count on her village every step of the way.  

I’m feeling much more ready for the baby now, thanks to all the helpful texts, voice notes, and quick tips I’ve been getting. And last weekend, my mom hosted a gorgeous baby shower at our place – I’ll share all the details next week, but it really hit me that this is becoming real!

After Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen ended his relationship with Brittany Williams, he was seen having dinner in New York City with actress Hailee Steinfeld.

Two months later, the duo confirmed their relationship while kissing on vacation in Mexico. 

Okay, I nearly lost it! It’s been almost a year since everyone started whispering about them, and finally, finally they posted something together! It wasn’t some fancy red carpet thing, it was even better – they were at his sister Nicala Madden’s gender reveal on TikTok! It was the cutest thing ever, and I swear, my heart melted. I’ve been following their every move, and seeing them together like that, even just for a little TikTok, was everything!

 

During Paris Fashion Week, the actress from The Edge of Seventeen and an NFL player were spotted on a date, both wearing similar khaki-colored clothes.

The NFL player publicly confirmed his relationship with his partner by sharing photos on Instagram, including a picture of them at the Eiffel Tower, on July 23rd.

Included in that same post, the “Starving” singer squeezed in for a photo with Josh’s family. 

Reporter Kay Adams, on her show Up & Adams, playfully nicknamed him “Mr. Hard Launch.” When asked about his relationship with Hailee, he shyly responded, “We love love.”

Hailee and Josh announced their engagement on Instagram on November 29, 2024, with a photo of Josh proposing and Hailee accepting with a kiss. They revealed they got engaged on November 22, 2024, in the post’s caption.

 

Josh and Hailee recently became engaged and then made their first public appearance as a couple at the NFL Honors, where Josh was awarded MVP. He sweetly acknowledged her in his acceptance speech.

He told her she was his greatest support and closest friend, adding that he wouldn’t be where he was today without her.

The couple exchanged vows in a beautiful California wedding. The bride wore a strapless gown with elegant elbow-length gloves.

Oh my gosh, you guys, they’re having a baby! I literally lost it when I saw the announcement on her Beau Society Substack. It was the most gorgeous, wintery photoshoot – so dreamy! I’ve been following them forever, and I’m SO thrilled they’re starting a family. Seriously, the pictures are just… everything!
