In July 2009, Glanville and Cibrian parted ways. Meanwhile, all hell was breaking loose in the broken Cibrian-Glanville household.

At the start, Marie wasn’t aware that her partner was married, but someone eventually informed her. When this was brought up, Cibrian claimed he was separated from his spouse.
In our presence, it was truly remarkable, I can attest. It felt as if nothing else existed – only us two in a world of our own. Our moments together were so delightful that I yearned for them to last forever.
In November, Cibrian filed a lawsuit against Life & Style magazine for defaming him. The accusation was based on a story suggesting he had previously been unfaithful to Rimes with another woman named Marie, but both parties have since denied these claims.
According to the court document, since his divorce from his wife, Eddie Cibrian has been in no romantic or sexual involvement with any woman aside from Ms. Rimes.
But once everyone was busy getting divorced…cue the rom-com montage?
In June 2010, Rimes’ divorce was legally completed, while Cibrian’s marriage concluded in October of the same year. Glanville expressed her wish for a harmonious relationship among them, considering their children.
