It seems that Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner’s relationship continues to thrive as they were recently spotted in France after Kylie attended Jeff Bezos’ wedding in Venice. Before Chalamet embarks on filming Dune: Messiah in Prague, it appears they are taking advantage of some quality time together knowing that their busy schedules may soon separate them. Despite the challenge, they reportedly remain dedicated to making their relationship successful.
In a recently released article by People Magazine, the pair appeared lovestruck as they strolled hand-in-hand in Saint-Tropez, France. Jenner donned a charming bodycon dress ideal for summer weather, while Chalamet was spotted wearing a hat and scarf to shield his head; it’s been speculated that the Academy Award nominee shaved off all his hair for the upcoming “Dune: Messiah”. According to reports, there had been some time since they last met before this public appearance, as a source revealed to the magazine.
Since their last encounter was prior to the wedding, Kylie was thrilled when he turned up in France. With only a few days together before he commences shooting in Prague, they are accustomed to such a fast-paced schedule… Yet, they remain content and managing just fine.
Given their circumstances, it’s no surprise that the couple often find themselves apart due to their busy schedules. Chalamet, since his Academy Award-nominated role in Call Me By Your Name, has been consistently occupied and shows no signs of slowing down. From April 2023 onwards, he’s been away for filming A Complete Unknown and the upcoming Marty Supreme, with the former demanding a significant amount of his time and focus. Similarly, Jenner divides her time between managing her beauty company and reality show, primarily based in California.
Despite the couple being accustomed to their busy careers frequently keeping them apart, the shooting schedule for Dune: Messiah promises to be a singular test. Known for its intense demands and prolonged production periods, at least four to five months can reasonably be anticipated for this type of film, with Chalamet likely traveling extensively across Europe and the Middle East during this timeframe. This itinerary appears consistent with the expectations set for Dune: Messiah, as suggested by the source.
This week, Timothée Chalamet commences filming Dune: Messiah in Prague. The project is extensive and challenging, taking them across various global locations. Notably, he will reconnect with Zendaya, Florence Pugh, Jason Momoa, among others.
In comparison to his past films, which were primarily set on the East Coast of the U.S., this new project takes him far away. However, according to reports, Jenner is planning to travel to see him when possible, given the distance and scheduling challenges. If their relationship persists, her private jet might accumulate a considerable number of miles. Currently, they’ve been together for over two years, spending increasingly more time together recently, be it at a Knicks game or an Oscars appearance. From what we can see in photos, these two still seem very much in love, and I hope they manage to navigate this period apart successfully.
As a dedicated movie enthusiast, I’m excitedly looking forward to the start of production for “Dune: Messiah.” However, with the project still in its early stages, it seems we might have to wait until next year to catch it on the big screen. In the meantime, fellow Dune fans can revisit Timothée Chalamet’s captivating performance in the first two installments of “Dune,” now streaming exclusively with an HBO Max subscription. For those who adore Chalamet as much as I do, keep your eyes peeled for his upcoming role in “Marty Supreme,” set to hit cinemas on December 25th this year.
