In the exciting world of Battlefield 6, everyone can join in regardless of their gaming platform! That’s right; with Crossplay support, you can invite friends playing on other systems. Say you’re gaming on PC and your pals are on PlayStation – no worries! All you need is the universal EA Connect ID to add them, making it easy for everyone to team up.
However, keep in mind that maneuvering the game menus might require a bit of patience at times… But don’t fret! We’ll walk you through the steps on how to utilize this feature smoothly.
How To Add Crossplay Friends | Battlefield 6
In this exciting game world, as a keen player, the first step in our journey begins by navigating to the EA Connect menu. You’ll find it tucked away on the right side of your screen, symbolized by an image of two friendly people. If you’re playing on PC like me, all you need to do is click on that icon. For fellow gamers using a controller, it’s just a press of R2 (for PlayStation friends) or RT (for Xbox buddies) away!
After that, head over to the “Player Search” tab located in the EA Connect menu. Once there, type your friend’s name or, ideally, their EA ID into the search box. Both EA IDs and platform-specific usernames should be acceptable for searching.
In case they forget their EA ID, have them look for it on the same menu, specifically on the right-hand side (as illustrated above). If needed, guide them to that spot.
To locate your pal within the search results, simply hover over their name and click on “Invite as Friend”. For gamers using controllers, navigate to their name using the d-pad, followed by pressing X (for PlayStation) or A (for Xbox). This action will send them a friend request, which they can accept if they are indeed your genuine friends!
In summary, any Friend Requests you initiate or get will be located in the “Friend Requests” section of the EA Connect menu, which is fittingly named. From this area, you have the option to either accept, decline, or withdraw these requests.
