How to start A Royal Request in Monster Hunters Wilds
To start this quest, you need to be Hunter Rank 9 or higher. New players should reach this rank quickly. Experienced hunters should go to the base camp in the Scarlet Forest and look for a character named Sole.

If you talk to Sole, he’ll introduce you to Rudy, who needs your help finding some dropped eggs. Helping Rudy starts the quest called “A Royal Request.”
How to complete A Royal Request in Monster Hunter Wilds
To start the ‘A Royal Request’ quest, select it from the Optional quests list. Then, you’ll have 50 minutes to deliver four Monstie Eggs.

You’ll find Eggs scattered throughout the game, and some are especially powerful. Turning in these powerful Eggs will earn you better rewards when you finish the quest. There’s no hidden method to get them, but here are some helpful hints to make your search easier.
- You’ll need items like Flash Pods to help with the escape. Retrieving the eggs is only one part of the job. You’ll also need to escape and bring those eggs back with you. Items like Dash Juice will also be necessary to restore your stamina.
- While delivering the eggs, you’ll also want to use pop-up camps.
- Don’t forget to use your skills while hunting for the eggs. Certain food items will have different buffs that will help you get timely boosts.
After you’ve collected all the eggs, speak to Rudy to receive unique rewards like the Rudy Alpha costume and Skyscale Ratha Pendants, among other items.
