How to Get All New Items and Gear in Enshrouded Wake of the Water

The recent ‘Wake of the Water’ update for Enshrouded introduced swimming, along with a host of new items and equipment!

Lots of new equipment has been added, with much of it enhancing the updated swimming features. We’ve also included more typical items, such as powerful legendary weapons and specialized gear designed for different character builds.

In this guide, we’ll tell you the locations of all the new unique items and gear we know of!

How to Get All New Items and Gear | Enshrouded – Wake of the Water Update

Flaming Gauntlets

To continue, travel to the Gateway Outpost called “Endflame.” You’ll find it in the northwestern area of Cromville, as shown on the map.

We suggest beginning your search for the Flaming Gauntlets at the top of the cliffs nearby. From there, glide down towards the Endflame and go inside the biggest house, following the path illustrated above.

To get the golden chest and gauntlets, simply choose the locked door located on the house’s ground floor.

Golden War Hero Axe

Similar to the Flaming Gauntlets, you can find this weapon at the Endflame Gateway Outpost. Refer to the map above to pinpoint its exact location.

Like before, the simplest way to reach the treasure is by gliding down from the cliffs. This time, however, make sure you land on the biggest watchtower – it’s the one with the damaged roof, as you can see in the picture.

Enter the tower by dropping through the hole in the roof. Then, follow the path described earlier to find a room containing a chest. Open the chest to obtain the Golden War Hero Axe.

Diving Helm

This time, make your way to the Drak’Dal Temple, which is located near Starfish Shores. It’s northwest of the Veilwater Basin Ancient Spire, and you can find it in the general area shown on the map.

When you get to the temple, go in through the opening at the top. Next, dig in the ground beside the frame to fall down into the water. Once you’re underwater, interact with the skeleton to get the helmet.

We strongly suggest getting this item quickly! It boosts your maximum oxygen by 60, which is perfect for exploring all the new underwater content in Wake of the Water.

Swimfins

Okay, so the Diving Helm already helped us stay underwater longer, which was awesome! Now, it’s time to get faster in the water. To find what we need next, head to Goldrock Saddle – it’s north of that big Ancient Spire in Veilwater Basin. I’m excited to see what this upgrade does!

Remember, you must upgrade your flame to get rid of the Deadly Shroud. Otherwise, you won’t be able to survive!

To locate the Swimfins, access the village servers and look for the wooden obstacle pictured above. Chop it down using an axe, then proceed along the path indicated in the Shrouded area. You’ll find the treasure inside the golden chest behind the locked steel gate.

Drakian Boots

These boots are highly sought after, so you’ll have to work to get them. When you’re prepared, make your way to the Drak’Dal Camp, which is located west of the Starfish Shores.

You’ll need to defeat the big Drak boss at that camp. It’s the leader, and it will drop the Drakian Boots when you beat it – that’s all there is to it!

Lucky Fishing Rod

Now, head east from Starfish Shores to the Suspicious Drak’Dal Ruin. You can find its exact location on the map above.

When you get to the ruins, watch the video for guidance. Basically, stand in the center of the ruins and use a Pickaxe to start mining. This will uncover a chest that holds the Lucky Fishing Rod.

Circlet of Lightning

Head south from the Suspicious Drak’Dal Ruin – the same place where you discovered the Lucky Fishing Rod. You’ll come across a Drak’Dal Camp, so be prepared to fight!

Take care of the Draks in the camp however you choose. Once they’re dealt with, you’ll find a glowing skull – it’s the one pictured above. Interact with it to get the Circlet of Lightning! It doesn’t seem to be using it, so it’s fair game.

Guard of the North Sword

The famous sword is located at the big castle in Cromville, and you can find it marked on the map.

When you get to the castle, follow the directions shown to find the dining hall, which is right next to the throne room. That’s where you’ll be able to unlock the new arch and Greek column building pieces!

Next, go through the big door on the east side of the dining hall. You’ll find a training dummy straight ahead. Take the sword from it, and you’re all set.

This wraps up our list of unique new gear from the Wake of the Water update in Enshrouded. While you can still craft other standard items, and we may have overlooked a few things, we hope this guide helps you complete your collection!
