Similar to many other RPGs, you can reach level 99 quickly in Digimon Story Time Stranger by utilizing an experience (EXP) farm early in the game. However, the way leveling and EXP work in this title is a little different. Simply repeatedly defeating weak enemies won’t get you there! You’ll also need to take advantage of the Load Enhancements feature, among other things. Keep reading for a complete breakdown of this effective grinding method!
Early EXP Farm in Digimon Story Time Stranger | Get to Level 99 Fast

To quickly gain experience points early in the game, the Shinjuku Underground Reservoir, pictured above, is the best place to go. You’ll unlock access to this location towards the end of the “Truth Born From an Egg” main story quest. Within this area, you can battle 11 Goblinmon to earn EXP.
The biggest advantage of fighting these enemies is how easy they are to defeat. Plus, you’ll earn a good amount of EXP and have a strong chance of getting 200% Scans. These scans are valuable because we’ll use them to strengthen a specific Digimon, and we’ll cover the details shortly. For now, simply defeat all the enemies in this area.

After defeating all enemies in the area, go to the In-Between Theater near the entrance. Entering and exiting the Theater will respawn the enemies, letting you repeatedly fight them as much as you like!

Once you’ve collected enough Digimon, stop and go to the Load Enhancements menu. From there, pick the Digimon you want to make stronger. Then, choose the Digimon you’ve scanned during farming and use them as materials. This will use them up, turning them into EXP for the Digimon you selected.
Honestly, all you need to do now is keep repeating this process for some seriously easy experience points! I’ve been taking down the Goblinmon here – they give you a ton of EXP and Scans. Then, I use Load Enhancements to basically *eat* the Scanned Digimon and turn them into even more EXP. It’s crazy, you can actually get a Digimon all the way up to Lv.99 if you’re willing to farm for a while!
Alright, that covers how to quickly reach Level 99 using a simple experience farm in Digimon Story Time Stranger. Now it’s up to you to decide how much time you want to spend grinding.
