Glen Powell has been steadily gaining recognition as an actor, and his recent leading role in ‘The Running Man’ has people excited about his next project, ‘How to Make a Killing,’ with the trailer now available.
Becket Redfellow, a working-class man played by Glen Powell, was rejected by his incredibly rich family at birth. Now, he’s determined to get what he believes is rightfully his, even if it means taking on his relatives.
The story has a similar feel to the film ‘Kind Hearts and Coronets,’ but unlike that movie, Powell doesn’t play every member of the family.
John Patton Ford, the director and writer of Emily the Criminal, helms How to Make a Killing, a script that appeared on the 2014 Black List of promising screenplays. The film stars Joel Powell (known for The Running Man and Top Gun: Maverick), alongside Margaret Qualley (The Substance, Once Upon a Time In Hollywood, Maid), Jessica Henwick (Cuckoo, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery), Zach Woods (Silicon Valley, In The Know), Topher Grace (Flight Risk, BlacKkKlansman), and Ed Harris (Love Lies Bleeding, Top Gun: Maverick).
