You can change your character’s skills, or ‘respec,’ by using the respec machine found in most major areas of the game. You’ll find one early on at the Outbounders’ HQ, one of the first zones. You unlock access to this machine simply by helping the Outbounders at the beginning of the game, so you don’t have to wait long to respec your character.

Find a device that matches the one pictured. This is a respec machine, and it will automatically activate when you get close. To use it, simply interact with it, and your echo will connect to the machine.

Using this machine will become more expensive as you gain levels. After each use, you’ll be able to redistribute all your points however you like. Once you save your changes, those points will be fixed and can’t be changed again.
