The show “The Traitors” is spreading globally! Over 20 adaptations of this series have been produced, and now even Ireland has its own adaptation.

The series, hosted by actress and humorist Siobhán McSweeney, offers a wealth of backstabbing and deceit, making it popular among fans who enjoy such themes.

The show was recorded along the Boyne River at Slane Castle, marking its international sensation’s debut in Ireland. As always, the initial 24 players strive to earn €50,000 without facing death or exile. However, while they attempt this, the Traitors secretly lurk among them, aiming to seize the money for themselves.

Can you watch The Traitors Ireland in the UK?

Unfortunately, audiences in the UK are currently unavailable to watch The Traitors Ireland.

The series began airing on RTE One and the RTE Player, an Irish free-to-air main TV channel and its streaming platform, starting from Sunday 31st August.

In the UK, it’s currently impossible to watch RTÉ One or RTÉ Player, which means some enthusiasts will unfortunately be unable to catch all the upcoming events.

However, RTÉ One is available to Freeview customers in certain parts of Northern Ireland.
