How Zendaya Reacted to Being Playfully Asked About Tom Holland Wedding

It seems like Zendaya isn’t challenging these rumors.

After her stylist, Law Roach, hinted she and Tom Holland might be married over a week ago, Zendaya playfully responded to a lighthearted comment about her wedding made by Marsai Martin at the Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards.

Speaking at an event in Los Angeles on March 12th, actress Tracee Ellis Ross addressed Zendaya, saying, ‘As a past honoree, I know you value your privacy,’ according to a video published by People magazine.

Zendaya, wearing a beautiful vintage white dress, playfully covered her face with both hands. A sparkling ring on her left hand caught the camera’s attention.

Marsai playfully asked for a simple signal – a nod or anything – to tell her when to order the black and white ‘T & Z Forever’ towels. She said they’d look great in any home and promised they could discuss it further after the show.

Even though the actress from Challengers appeared to agree with what the host was saying, he playfully responded, “I know you won’t stick around after the show, and that’s okay! See you later!”

Zendaya’s dress, a stunning one-shoulder piece originally created for Whitney Houston in 1987, certainly caught attention at the event, but it was her latest jewelry that truly stole the show.

Although neither the 29-year-old nor Tom, also 29, had announced their wedding publicly, Jude Law let slip that they were already married at the 2026 Actor Awards. He recently told Access Hollywood, “They’ve already tied the knot! It’s happened!”

The actress, who first met Tom on the set of the 2016 film Spider-Man: Homecoming, has found it difficult to maintain her privacy due to being in the public eye.

She told Robert Pattinson in an interview with Interview magazine that she’s still figuring out how to manage her public life with her personal life. She explained that being in the public eye is unavoidable, but it’s important to keep some things private for herself and the people she cares about.

I really value my privacy, both when I’m creating characters and in my personal life,” she explained. “I aim to be genuine when I’m out in public, but I also believe in keeping some things to myself.
