Hudson Williams and Katelyn Rose Larson have left the cottage.
Just a month after publicly confirming his relationship on social media, the star of Heated Rivalry and his girlfriend appeared together as a couple for the first time on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscars party on March 15th.
After the 98th Academy Awards ceremony at Dolby Theatre, Hudson changed out of his Balenciaga suit and into a more daring outfit: a see-through black top with a long train, paired with black pants.
Katelyn praised her partner’s outfit, which included a long-sleeved black lace dress with a cutout and beautiful turquoise teardrop earrings. She finished her own look with a sleek, slicked-back hairstyle.
The couple first appeared together publicly on the Oscars red carpet in 2026, shortly after Hudson revealed details about their relationship for Valentine’s Day.
Kate Hudson shared some cute pictures with a friend and jokingly recalled a time when they were there for her during tough times – specifically, when her old gold Mazda Protégé broke down and she was unemployed.
The achievement excited fans of Heated Rivalry, also featuring Connor Storrie and François Arnaud, but Hudson shared he’s not focusing too much on the buzz.
You know, I completely missed all the direct messages after everything happened,” Hudson shared with ETalk Canada on the Oscars red carpet. “I’m guessing they were probably all saying the same thing anyway. But what really got to me was seeing everyone be so supportive and kind towards her, even though she really doesn’t seek the spotlight. She’s always saying she doesn’t want to be perceived, and it was amazing to see people respect that.
The actor shared that he’s happy with how kind fans have been to his partner, saying they’ve been very supportive and warm, according to what he’s heard.

Similar to his girlfriend, Hudson is still adjusting to the increased public attention after the popular Rachel Reid series was adapted for television.
Hudson said he’s still shocked to be attending the Oscars, telling Zuri Hall on the Live from TopMob: Oscars red carpet that he’s amazed by all the support from his celebrity fans.
He explained he didn’t want to single anyone out because there are so many people he’s proud of now. He added that it would seem boastful to name just one, since many individuals deserve recognition. It makes him feel good to see so many people succeeding.
