The anime-inspired hero shooter, Fate Trigger, is coming to PS5 in Early Access next year and is expected to be a big hit.
This free-to-play competitive shooter, created by Saroasis Studio, stands out with its unique visual style. Think of it as a blend of games like Overwatch and Zenless Zone Zero.
You’ll have the choice to play with PC players, but you can also turn this feature off if you’d prefer to only compete against other console players, keeping the gameplay fair.
No matter what device you play on, your progress will be saved and available across all platforms, letting you continue where you left off.

The developer has also focused on optimizing the game’s controls for the DualSense controller, including how the buttons are arranged and which of its special features are used.
Every hero now has controls that you can easily adjust to your liking. The menus are simpler to use with faster commands and smoother cursor movement, making everything feel effortless. Plus, the game takes full advantage of PlayStation features like adaptive triggers, advanced vibration, and motion aiming, creating a more realistic and immersive experience that makes combat and every shot feel impactful.
Expect this one to be pretty big, particularly in Asia, when it launches next year.
