A highly-rated science fiction show is now only available on Hulu. Streaming services frequently change which shows and movies they offer, making it difficult to find what you’re looking for. Recently, fans were fortunate that this classic sci-fi series was available on two platforms, allowing both longtime viewers to rewatch and new audiences to discover it. However, starting in January 2026, it’s become exclusive to Hulu.
In 2026, the sci-fi series Lost was removed from Netflix after a short time on the platform. Fortunately, Lost has always been available on Hulu, alongside many other great shows. Now, Hulu is the only streaming service where you can watch Lost.
Hulu offers a wider variety of TV shows than some other streaming platforms because it originally built its service by acquiring recent episodes from major networks like ABC, NBC, and Fox. These agreements have allowed Hulu to maintain a large collection of shows, including popular titles like Lost.
Why Lost Is Still Worth Watching in 2026
For much of its original run, Lost was a hugely popular and talked-about TV show. It was known for its complex mysteries and surprising plot twists, which kept viewers hooked and eager to find out what would happen next. A big part of the Lost experience was discussing theories and interpretations with others between episodes. But even if you don’t have someone to discuss it with, the show is still definitely worth watching.
One of the great things about watching Lost today, whether you binge it or watch it week by week, is that the ending doesn’t seem to divide people as much as it did when it first aired. Back then, many viewers felt let down after investing six seasons and 121 episodes. But when you watch the series in a shorter timeframe, it’s easier to appreciate how well the ending connects to everything that happened before.
As a huge fan, I always thought the way Lost ended was brilliant. The final scene with Jack back on the island really resonated with me, echoing his very first moments in the pilot. Sure, not every single mystery got solved, but honestly, that wasn’t the point. For me, it was all about the characters’ journeys, and the show nailed that. It’s amazing to me that the ending was something a lot of us guessed way back in season one, and seeing how everything connected, even 15 years later, is still incredibly satisfying.
