Jena Malone has volunteered for a lifetime of love.
Actress Jennifer Lawrence, known for her role in The Hunger Games, revealed she’s engaged to actor Jack Buckley, calling him “a dream come true.”
Jena announced on Instagram February 11th that her partner, Jack, proposed! She shared photos of the proposal and revealed that he’d asked for her two mothers, sister, and 9-year-old son, Ode Mountain DeLorenzo Malone (whom she shares with her ex, Ethan DeLorenzo), for their blessing. Overjoyed, Jena wrote that she would say ‘yes’ to him for every lifetime and every moment they have together.
The 41-year-old addressed Jack directly, writing, “I love you forever!!!”
The actress, known for her role in Pride & Prejudice, shared a poem along with her announcement, reflecting on the patience she had while waiting to find lasting love with Jack.
She confessed, “It’s always been you, even during the difficult times of my childhood. You were the one who nurtured the small sparks of hope within me, the one who kept my heart going. You’re my love, my soulmate, and the person I want to marry.”
Jena not only found love with Jack, but she’s also been honest about understanding her own sexuality. In 2022, when she publicly came out as pansexual, she shared how good it felt to finally be true to herself.
She described exploring her sexuality as a wonderful experience, telling The Hollywood Reporter that it’s been a journey of self-discovery. She’s enjoyed learning about herself and others, with new understandings leading to even more discoveries and exciting possibilities.

Jena, whose sister is queer and who was raised by two mothers, expressed her gratitude for being part of such a supportive team.
You know, I feel incredibly lucky to have a family that’s always been there for me, no matter what. They’ve embraced every side of me, celebrated my passions, and truly supported everything I’ve brought to the table. It’s just… wonderful! Honestly, life feels really exciting and positive with that kind of support system.
Jena and Jack aren’t the only stars getting engaged! Here’s a look at other celebrity couples who have recently announced their plans to get married.

The actress from The Hunger Games shared that she’s engaged to a fellow actor, calling him “everything she’s ever dreamed of.”
She announced on Instagram on February 11th that her soulmate had proposed. She wrote that she would happily marry him, now and in every future life.

The Academy Award-winning actress announced her engagement to her partner of many years while on The Tonight Show in February.
She explained there’s been some misunderstanding. Rumors are circulating that her boyfriend of nearly six years, Van Hunt, proposed and she turned him down.
Halle clarified, “I didn’t actually refuse! We just haven’t set a wedding date yet, but I definitely said I would marry him!”

I was so excited to see that Dove Cameron is engaged! She shared the news on January 3rd with a really sweet post – she said her fiancé is her favorite part of being alive, and included a ring emoji. It’s such a lovely way to kick off the new year, isn’t it?

The star of The Real Housewives of Orange County got engaged to her fiancé while they were celebrating New Year’s Eve in Big Bear, California.
“I was in complete shock!” she told People in a Jan. 7 interview. “My nervous system was trying to catch up to what just happened in this magical moment and I was also trying to process the iceberg that was being presented to me as well! I of course said ‘yes,’ and melted into what was the sweetest kiss I’ve ever felt!”
