On September 30, the physical and digital versions of PlayStation 4 games – Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 +, Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2: Sisters Generation, and Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth3: V Generation – will be released in North America and Europe, as confirmed by publisher Idea Factory International.
Re;Birth1 Plus, an upgraded adaptation of the original Re;Birth1, initially launched for PlayStation 4 on May 31, 2018 in Japan. Despite never being distributed in the west, the global release of Neptunia ReVerse, a more advanced version, was made available for PlayStation 5.
On May 23, 2024, both the PlayStation 4 editions of “Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2: Sisters Generation” and “Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth3: V Generation” along with Switch versions hit the Japanese market. Simultaneously, a Nintendo Switch version of “Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1” was also made available.
As a dedicated gamer, I was eagerly anticipating the release of the Switch versions of the Neptunia trilogy in the west. However, unfortunately, those plans were scrapped. But Sisters Generation to our region this summer. And guess what? They’ll be supporting English language options! So, get ready for some exciting gaming sessions this summer!

Story
In the realm of Gamindustri, four deities, or Goddesses, engaged in a power struggle during the War of the Guardians. Among these, Neptune was vanquished and cast out from heaven. Her fall caused her memories to fade, but a mysterious tome appeared to her containing all of Gamindustri’s history. Accompanied by Compa, IF, and a sentient book named Histoire, Neptune ventures on an incredible adventure through four distinct countries, aiming to rescue the entire world!

Story
In the year 20XX, Gamindustri finds itself in a state of chaos. The emergence of ASIC, or Arfoire Syndicate of International Crime, has brought about an alarming decline in morals. It’s whispered that as many as 80% of students pay homage to the entity called Arfoire, and yet those in power choose to ignore this grave danger. Sadly, Gamindustri is spiraling out of control.
Can the Goddesses manage to regain control of their realm from ASIC’s grip, or will they find themselves perpetually wandering the Gamindustri Graveyard?

- Build-a-Sword! – Use Idea Chips and Blank Discs to create custom equipment that can open up new worlds of skills for you!
Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth3: V Generation
Story
It’s time for us to embark on an adventure reminiscent of 1989, as Neptune finds herself trapped in an alternate dimension called Gamindustri. To make her way back to her own world, she needs to gather enough shares to unlock the path. However, a malicious group known as the Seven Sages aims to eliminate all CPUs (or Goddesses) from Gamindustri, including Neptune, making this task much more challenging!
In other words, can Neptune conquer the Seven Sages, rescue this parallel universe, and return to her own time, or is she destined to remain in the ’80s for eternity while building friendships across dimensions?
