In Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment for Nintendo Switch, the future of ancient Hyrule is at risk. Join Princess Zelda as the evil Demon King Ganondorf’s army attacks the kingdom and discover a brand-new story that leads directly into the events of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
In Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment, King Rauru and Princess Zelda are fighting to save their kingdom from a massive invasion. The future of Hyrule depends on brave heroes uniting to face Ganondorf’s army. Along the way, you’ll encounter a diverse cast of characters, including new allies like Calamo, a cheerful Korok looking for a home, and the Mysterious Construct, a shape-shifting hero who can fly.
Throughout your journey, you’ll meet both new and well-known characters. In addition to Princess Zelda, you’ll get to know the legendary Sages – Agraston, the respected leader of the Gorons, Qia, the brave queen of the Zora, and Raphica, the clever leader of the Rito.
To protect the kingdom, these heroes need to work together to stop Ganondorf’s attack. When two characters team up, they can perform powerful Sync Strikes that give you an advantage in battle. Each character pairing creates unique Sync Strikes – some might boost your heroes’ abilities, while others summon controllable structures. Experiment with different combinations to unleash incredible attacks on your enemies!
