Reflecting on the role, Oldman expressed regret that he featured in just a handful of Harry Potter films. Much like in the novels, Sirius makes an appearance in The Prisoner of Azkaban and meets his demise at the hands of Bellatrix Lestrange in Order of the Phoenix.
