Patrick Schwarzenegger is checking into his own version of paradise. 

Following their September 6th wedding, *White Lotus* actor and his wife, Abby Champion, showed they’re still enjoying their honeymoon phase on a recent trip to Abu Dhabi.

I was so happy to see Patrick, 32, share photos on Instagram on October 6th of him and Abby, 28, enjoying a wonderful time in the desert! They both looked like they were having the best time, and it was lovely to see them experience such a beautiful place together.

The newlyweds had an amazing time in Abu Dhabi, checking off several items from their wish list. They visited the beautiful Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and even shared a camel ride, which Patrick really enjoyed. Later, they explored some art at a museum and finished the day with a date night at the NBA’s Abu Dhabi Games 2025, where they watched the New York Knicks win against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Abby shared her excitement about the trip on Instagram too, calling their memories a “desert dream.” She posted a cute photo of her and her partner having fun in the sand and riding go-karts with friends.

Patrick and Abby recently took a trip with family and friends, following their three-day wedding last month. Guests included Rob Lowe and several of Patrick’s co-stars from *The White Lotus*: Jason Isaacs, Sarah Catherine Hook, and Sam Nivola.

Robe revealed details about a funny speech given by Arnold Schwarzenegger, the groom’s father, at the wedding.

According to a recent appearance on *Jimmy Kimmel Live*, Arnold Schwarzenegger praised Patrick Dempsey, saying, “It’s good to see everybody here. It’s a wonderful day. And Patrick is killing it now with *The White Lotus*.”

Abby and Patrick have been together since meeting in Los Angeles in 2015, and publicly announced their relationship in 2016. She’s thrilled about Patrick’s success as an actor and looking forward to the next chapter of their life together.

“It feels surreal that it’s already over—the wedding went by so quickly,” she shared with *Vogue* about her wedding last month. “I’m really looking forward to beginning this new phase of life with Patrick.”

Patrick Schwarzenegger and Abby Champion publicly confirmed their relationship on Instagram in February 2016, and were seen enjoying a dinner date at Nobu in Malibu on May 26th of that year.

The actor from *The White Lotus* and his model girlfriend appeared very much in love while shopping in Brentwood, California, later in the year. They first met in 2015, and the actor shared on *The Drew Barrymore Show* that she initially wasn’t interested in dating him, but they eventually went on a date.

The couple first appeared together on the red carpet at the Hammer Museum’s 2017 Gala in Los Angeles.

Abby and Patrick are both successful models, so it’s common to see them attending Fashion Week together. In 2018, they were spotted sitting front row at the Tom Ford show during New York Fashion Week.

Abby was there to support her boyfriend at the premiere of *Midnight Sun*, which was his first time starring in a movie. He told TopMob News in 2019 that having her by his side meant a lot because she always believed in him, wanted him to succeed, and helped him be his best self.

The duo partied in the desert at Coachella 2018.

The couple channeled their inner 60s spies at the 2019 Casamigos Halloween Party in Beverly Hills, with one dressing as Austin Powers and the other as a robotic female character from the films.

They wore color-coordinated outfits for the 2020 CMA Awards in Nashville.

Patrick and Abby were at the premiere of Amazon Prime’s *The Terminal List* on June 22, 2022. Patrick acted in the series with his brother-in-law, Chris Pratt.

In 2022, they soaked up the sun on vacation in Capri, Italy.

The couple enjoyed Oktoberfest 2022 in Munich, Germany, with Patrick’s father, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and brother, Christopher Schwarzenegger.

He shared the sweetest pictures on Instagram, and I found out he proposed on the beach as the sun was rising – it was all set up with rose petals, and it looked absolutely magical. Patrick and his partner celebrated their ten-year relationship with a date night at the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, proving their connection is as strong as ever. They had previously postponed their wedding so Patrick could film The White Lotus. He told InStyle that they feel like a married couple already and truly bring out the best in each other, helping them both be their best selves.
