Many fans of Timothée Chalamet have noticed a strong resemblance between the masked musician—who only shows his eyes during performances—and the actor known for Marty Supreme.
When asked about the rumors on Britain’s Heart Breakfast radio show on December 11th, he stated, “I have no comment,” and repeated, “I have no comment.”
Timothée’s hesitant answer caught the attention of show hosts Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden, who reacted with surprise. He claimed he could explain in just two words, but then had trouble actually saying them.
I’ve been waiting ages for answers, and he finally said everything would come out eventually. Then, with a little chuckle, he admitted that his earlier response – just a couple of words – hadn’t exactly been a complete explanation!
Timothée is being careful not to give away too much about a possible secret, but dedicated fans might remember his past as “Lil Timmy Tim.” This nickname came from a middle school project that unexpectedly became popular as he became famous.
He chuckled to Jamie and Amanda, saying, “‘Lil Timmy’ just doesn’t sound right. It evokes a completely different image.”
Lil Timmy also didn’t reveal what he’s planning to get his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, for Christmas. He did say his Christmas tree was already decorated, but he hasn’t finished his shopping yet.

Timothée sees a connection between the film’s story of a table tennis player becoming famous and his own quick rise to success in Hollywood.
He told The Hollywood Reporter that this role felt the most authentic he’s ever played. He explained that it connected him to who he was before becoming an actor – someone who actively worked towards their goals. Unlike some who find success easily, he said, he had to put in a lot of effort – ‘the 10,000 hours’ – to achieve his ambitions.

The 29-year-old also planned to get some shopping done during his trip to London, where he was promoting his new film, Marty Supreme, which comes out on Christmas Day.
Timothée also mentioned he was planning a trip to his favorite chocolate shop, and that he wanted to pick up some local gifts for his friends and family.
