This was revealed in the official Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2 Showdown live-action trailer.

While Epic Games hasn’t officially announced how these AI-created Italian characters will appear in Fortnite, the trailer suggests they’ll likely be playable skins available for purchase in the Item Shop. Their noticeable appearance at the beginning of the trailer and their detailed models point to this conclusion.
