Jack Schlossberg Slams Ryan Murphy for Claim He Can’t Remember JFK Jr.

The descendant of John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis issued a passionate statement in response to Ryan Murphy, who suggested that Jack had no grounds for being upset about the creator’s upcoming series on John F. Kennedy Jr., as he supposedly lacks any recollection of his deceased uncle.

In a July 23 Instagram post, Jack wrote, “Hi @ryanmurphyproductions! My earliest recollections include John affectionately nicknaming me ‘Jackolatern’ and ‘the nudist.’ He also picked me up from school in his Pontiac convertible.

32-years-old, who is the son of Caroline Kennedy and Edwin Schlossberg, asserted that he remembered John F. Kennedy Jr. getting married to Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy in 1996. Tragically, this couple perished in a private plane crash three years later.

The 32-year-old, the offspring of Caroline Kennedy and Edwin Schlossberg, asserted that he had a clear memory of John F. Kennedy Jr. marrying Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy in 1996. Unfortunately, this couple lost their lives in a private plane crash three years later.

Jack went on, recalling that he was the ring bearer at the same wedding and also the day he passed away. He remembered Wyclef performing at his funeral service.

However, the journalist doesn’t rely solely on his own memories for a clear picture of his deceased relative; he also draws upon various other means to keep the image alive.

Jack put it this way: “Traditions often live on through tales, such as the incident where he got locked out of his car in an intersection. Desperate, he asked the angry man nearby if he could borrow a golf club to break the window so he could retrieve his keys, and that’s exactly what he did.

Wrapping up his conversation, Jack emphasized the reasons for his discontent regarding Ryan’s upcoming “American Love Story” series, scheduled for release in February 2026, with Paul Kelly portraying JFK Jr., and Sarah Pidgeon as Carolyn.

Jack commented, ‘You’re amassing a fortune from John, yet you flaunt it publicly without donating to the causes he cared about or the public service he stood for. It’s strange too, that the individual portraying the Sexiest Man Alive looks puffed up!’

Jack hasn’t only criticized the creation of “American Love Story” this time; last month, he leveled accusations against Ryan for exploiting his uncle’s legacy in an “unseemly manner” by producing the FX series.

On his Instagram Stories posted on June 19th, Jack clarified that neither his family nor they had any involvement in the newly produced shows about himself.

Following the accusations, Ryan expressed astonishment over the hostility. On a July 20th episode of the ‘This is Gavin Newsom’ podcast, the creator of ‘American Horror Story’ stated, “I found it peculiar to be angry about a relative you hardly recall.

Joseph Patrick “Joe” Kennedy married Rose Elizabeth Fitzgerald on Oct. 7, 1914.

By 1932, they had a total of nine children: Joseph P. Kennedy Jr., John F. Kennedy, Rosemary Kennedy, Kathleen Kennedy, Eunice Kennedy, Patricia Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, Jean Kennedy, and Edward Kennedy.

Born July 25, 1915, Joe Jr. was going to be president, as far as his father was concerned.

He served as a delegate at the 1940 Democratic National Convention and had intentions of seeking a position in Congress following his Navy service. However, tragically, he along with his fellow pilot, Wilford John Willy, perished on August 12, 1944, when the explosives they were transporting unexpectedly detonated during a bombing mission called Operation Aphrodite.

The pilot’s remains were never found, and their names can be seen on the memorial tables dedicated to the missing personnel at the Cambridge American Cemetery and Memorial, which commemorates the fallen heroes of World War II.

As a lifestylist delving into the annals of American history, let me share an intriguing tale. Born on May 29, 1917, I found myself making strides towards the hallowed halls of Congress. From there, I ascended to the esteemed role of United States senator before reaching the pinnacle of my political career: being elected president in 1960.

On September 12, 1953, he tied the knot with Jacqueline Bouvier. Their union resulted in the birth of their daughter, Caroline Kennedy, on November 27, 1957, and their son, John F. Kennedy Jr., on November 25, 1960.

I’ve always been deeply connected to the stories of two extraordinary individuals – my daughter Arabella, who was stillborn in ’56, and my son Patrick, born prematurely on August 7th, 1963. Sadly, my son’s life was cut tragically short, living for just 39 hours.

JFK was assassinated on Nov. 22, 1963, one of the defining events of the 20th century.

During the Obama administration, Caroline served as the U.S. ambassador to Japan, and during the Biden administration, she held the same position in Australia. In 1986, she tied the knot with Edwin “Ed” Schlossberg.

They have daughters Rose Kennedy Schlossberg (born June 25, 1988), Tatiana Kennedy Schlossberg (born May 5, 1990), and a son named John “Jack” Bouvier Kennedy Schlossberg (born Jan. 19, 1993).

TV producer Rose went to Harvard like her mom and married restaurateur Rory McAuliffe in 2022.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d like to share a fascinating tale about Tatiana, a Yale graduate and the loving wife of George Moran whom she met during our college years. In 2017, we were blessed with the joyous occasion of our wedding. Fast forward to 2022, and we added another cherished member to our family – our beautiful son, Edwin Jr. However, it wasn’t until 2014 that an intriguing twist unfolded when Tatiana penned an article for the New York Times about a deceased bear discovered in Central Park. Little did she know at the time that this story had a personal connection to her cousin, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Jack, who graduated from Yale and completed the joint JD/MBA program at Harvard, is well-known on social media for his humor. He delivered a speech at the 2024 Democratic National Convention and served as a political correspondent for Vogue, providing coverage of the most recent presidential election.

In 2024, he shared with Vogue that his family’s tradition of public service inspires him deeply. He understands the gravity of this legacy and aspires to contribute in a manner unique to him. While he harbors grand aspirations, he is also mindful of making a beneficial difference today.

In 1988, a man who would later be known as the former first son was crowned People’s Sexiest Man Alive. He was widely recognized as one of the most attractive single men globally before marrying Calvin Klein publicist Carolyn Bessette on September 21, 1996.

Tragically, John F. Kennedy Jr., frequently mourned by his family, met an early demise like his father did, his promising future cut short when he, along with Carolyn and her sister Lauren Bessette, perished in a plane accident on July 16, 1999.

Rosemary (at right, with sister Kathleen and mom Rose) was born Sept. 13, 1918.

At a specialized boarding school designed for students dealing with learning challenges, Rosemary struggled with behavioral problems. These issues eventually prompted her father to arrange for her to have a prefrontal lobotomy at the age of 23.

After undergoing the experimental treatment, which was believed to be a possible solution for mental health issues, Rosemary unfortunately suffered severe disabilities and remained institutionalized for the remainder of her life (she passed away on January 7, 2005).

Years down the line, I found myself still clinging to the thought that she could’ve walked life at a slightly slower pace, much like a Kennedy woman. However, within just a few fleeting moments, it all vanished. This is what I shared with historian Doris Kearns Goodwin.

Born Feb. 20, 1920, Kathleen got a kick out of life, hence her jaunty nickname.

On May 6, 1944, she chose to wed William Cavendish, the Marquess of Hartington, in a civil ceremony in London, despite her mother’s disapproval since her beloved was not Catholic. Only her brother Joe Jr. attended the wedding, representing her family.

A month later, William, a major in the British Army, was killed by a sniper in Belgium.

She stayed in England and developed feelings for William Wentworth-Fitzwilliam, the 8th Earl Fitzwilliam, who was still married at the time. Unfortunately, before they could obtain a divorce, they both perished when the plane transporting them to the French Riviera crashed on May 13, 1948.

Eunice was born July 10, 1921.

Eby, the passionate humanitarian and creator of the Special Olympics, tied the knot with Robert Sargent Shriver Junior on May 23, 1953.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d like to share some fascinating family facts: I am the proud father of five extraordinary individuals. Born in the spring of 1954, Robert “Bobby” Shriver III graced our world, followed by Maria Shriver on November 6, 1955. The year 1959 saw the arrival of Timothy, while Mark joined us in 1964, and we completed our family with Anthony’s birth in July 1965. Each one of them has made their own unique mark, enriching our lives immeasurably.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase it this way: When Eunice passed away at the age of 88, she was blessed with 19 grandchildren, among them were the four offspring of Maria and her former spouse, Arnold Schwarzenegger. Katherine (born Dec. 13, 1989), Patrick (Sept. 18, 1993), Christina (July 23, 1991), and Christopher (Sept. 27, 1997) were part of this vibrant and loving family tree, having been born to Maria and Arnold.

Patricia, who was born on May 6, 1924, tied the knot with Peter Lawford on April 24, 1954, thus making the Rat Pack part of her family when they got married.

She was married to a British actor and together they had four children: Christopher Lawford (born 1955), Sydney Maleia Lawford (born 1956), Victoria Francis Lawford (born 1958), and Robin Elizabeth Lawford. This union ended in divorce in 1966.

In 1984, Peter, who passed away, was known for being a trusted confidant of his brother-in-law, President John F. Kennedy. He is often recognized for having introduced JFK to Marilyn Monroe during a visit to the Lawfords’ residence in Malibu.

In the year 2006, Patricia sadly passed on. Later, her son Christopher, who had been married three times, experienced a fatal heart attack in 2018.

Known affectionately throughout the nation as Bobby Kennedy, he tied the knot with Ethel Skakel on June 17, 1950.

Bobby Kennedy, a well-loved figure across the country, wed Ethel Skakel on June 17, 1950.

They ended up with a total of 11 kids: Kathleen, Joseph II, Robert Jr., David, Courtney, Michael, Kerry, Christopher, Maxwell, Douglas, and Rory.

Ethel was carrying Rory at the time Bobby was fatally shot on June 6, 1968, just after he had won the California Democratic primary.

On April 25, 1984, David Kennedy tragically passed away at the age of 28 due to a drug overdose. Michael Kennedy met an untimely end on Dec. 31, 1997, during a family ski trip in Aspen, Colo., when he collided with a tree while playfully throwing a football around at the same time, leaving him at the age of 37. Michael and his wife Victoria Gifford were proud parents to three children together.

As a lifestyle advisor, I’ve had my fair share of personal experiences that have shaped my perspective. Losing my husband when our eldest was just sixteen was indeed a profound challenge. Yet, life moved on, and I found myself embracing the role of a grandmother with immense love. Today, I am blessed to have 34 grandchildren in my life, each one unique and precious.

Two of these vibrant souls were taken too soon. My heart still aches for Saoirse Hill, daughter of Paul Hill, who we lost tragically in 2019 due to an accidental drug overdose at the tender age of 22. And Maeve Kennedy McKean, the beloved child of Kathleen and David Townsend, who sadly passed away in a canoeing accident in 2020 at the age of 40. Their memories live on, reminding us all to cherish every moment we have with our loved ones.

RFK Jr., born Jan. 17, 1954, is a thrice-married father of six.

He has a son, Robert Francis “Bobby” Kennedy III (born in 1984), and a daughter, Kathleen “Kick” Kennedy (born in 1988), whom he had with his first spouse Emily Black.

They divorced in 1994 after 12 years of marriage.

RFK III has been married to CIA analyst turned author and TV host Amaryllis Fox since 2017.

As a lifestyle aficionado, I am proud to say that I share the joy of parenthood with my partner, having welcomed our beautiful daughter Bobby into our lives on January 7, 2019. Our bond was further enriched with the arrival of our son Cassius Watts Thoreau Kennedy on August 30, 2021. I am also blessed to be a step-parent to Zoë, Amaryllis’ daughter from a previous relationship. The love and laughter that fill our home are truly priceless.

In 2012, the Stanford alum expressed that in his view, life essentially is an amalgamation of various experiences, both positive and negative. He believes that accumulating as many experiences as possible enhances one’s life quality.

In summary, casually knowing Ben Affleck was enough to make Kick Kennedy trend on social media platforms in August 2024, following Jennifer Lopez’s divorce filing from him.

Affleck’s representatives swiftly dismissed rumors of a relationship by telling TopMob News that everything concerning him and Kick is entirely false.

So nothing about being a Kennedy had really changed in a decade. Or a century.

She shared with T&C, “Often people inquire, ‘What’s it like being a Kennedy?'” But honestly, she said, “I find myself at a loss for words. Perhaps it’s the chill of the water, but I simply don’t know. When I encounter my image or name in gossip columns, it gives me a knot in my stomach. It’s not about me—it’s like reading something unreal.

However, there was a strong familial bond between her and the aunt whom she shared a name with, this aunt having passed away two years prior to her father’s birth.

“It’s funny how similar we are,” Kick mused. “She was fun and social and a performer in many ways.”

In the year 1994, I was privileged to tie the knot with Mary Richardson, and together we embarked on a beautiful journey that led us to the birth of our four cherished offspring. Our firstborn, Conor Richardson Kennedy, joined our family on July 25th. A year later, Kyra LeMoyne Kennedy graced us with her presence on Aug. 22nd. Finn Kennedy, a dear addition to our family, arrived on Nov. 8th in the same year. Lastly, Aidan Caohman Vieques Kennedy, our youngest, came into the world on July 13th, 2001.

The couple were legally separated when Mary died by suicide in 2012.

Father and sons: Conor, Aidan and RFK III.

Since becoming a well-known figure at the age of 18 when he was a student at Harvard, Conor has generally kept a low key lifestyle, despite his high-profile activism and other achievements. Notably, he once brought Taylor Swift to introduce her to his family as well.

In a brief span, their relationship ended, yet Conor proceeded to matriculate at Georgetown Law School and eventually earn his degree. However, the news headlines still resonated.

“Taylor Swift’s ex Conor Kennedy” is now engaged to singer Giulia Be.

Kyra, a regular among the high-fashion set, lives in Milan.

In a video shared on August 27, 2024, in collaboration with Elle and Bvlgari, she mentioned that she is currently engaged in a tribute project dedicated to her deceased mother.

She wonders if she’s gone through a transformation in her life. To which I’d say, absolutely. When I look back at my childhood self, I was completely different from the person I became as an adult.

RFK Jr. married Curb Your Enthusiasm star Cheryl Hines in 2014.

The actress shares daughter Catherine Young (born March 8, 2004) with ex-husband Paul Young

On Instagram in 2018, Kick expressed her gratitude on Father’s Day by saying, “Thank you for providing me with these eccentric siblings of mine!

Ethel Kennedy and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., their seventh child, has three daughters together – twin girls named Mariah Kennedy-Cuomo and Cara Kennedy Cuomo (born in 1995), and Michaela Kennedy-Cuomo (born in 1997) – with former husband Andrew Cuomo.

Kerry and Andrew got married back in 1990. They were together until 2003, when they chose to separate. Their divorce was finalized in 2005, as they had been apart for two years prior. This union spanned from 1990 to 2005.

Jean, born on February 20, 1928, was the eighth child among nine siblings of Joe and Rose. She established the VSA Kennedy Arts Center and held the position of U.S. Ambassador to Ireland during the Clinton administration.

On May 19, 1956, she tied the knot with Stephen Edward Smith, a campaign strategist for JFK’s presidency. Together, they were blessed with sons named Stephen Smith Jr., William Smith, and daughters named Amanda Smith and Kym Smith.

Jean died June 17, 2020, having outlived all of her siblings.

Senator Ted Kennedy, who was known to be more scandalous than most of his family combined, had three children with his first wife Joan Bennett: Kara Kennedy (born on February 27, 1960), Edward Kennedy Jr. (born on September 26, 1961) and Patrick Kennedy II (born on July 14, 1967).

He and Joan divorced in 1982 after 24 years of marriage and he wed Victoria Reggie in 1992.

Kara suffered a fatal heart attack on Sept. 16, 2011, two years after her father died.
