Jaime King is heading for a divorce after quietly tying the knot.

Austin Sosa filed for divorce from the actress known for Hart of Dixie on January 22nd, according to documents obtained by TMZ and People magazine.

Jaime recently revealed she’s engaged to an investment banker, telling Heather McDonald on the Juicy Scoop podcast that they first met through friends. While they haven’t announced their wedding date, she confirmed the engagement in September.

The 46-year-old shared that Austin proposed with two rings: a modern platinum ring with an emerald-cut diamond and side stones, and a treasured family heirloom with a round gemstone.

Jaime recently told Us Weekly that getting engaged feels like a commitment to self-love. They explained that, for them, engagement is fundamentally about loving yourself.

Honestly, when Jaime talked about not being in a hurry to get married again, it totally made sense to me. She was so focused on her boys, James and Leo – they’re her world, and she’d been through so much with their dad, Kyle Newman, with that whole custody battle dragging on for years.
