Jana Duggar’s baby is slowly but surely meeting every member of the Duggar family.
Jessa Seewald, who had a baby boy named Archie with her husband Stephen Wissmann in December, recently shared a heartwarming moment: introducing Archie to her large family, including her mother, Michelle Duggar.
As Jana, 36, captioned the Feb. 9 Instagram post, “Archie’s first road trip to meet the family!”
The sweet video shows Jana passing around her newborn, Archie, for each family member to hold. Set to gentle guitar music, the video includes a rare glimpse of Michelle, 59, rubbing her grandson’s back as another family member cradles him. Michelle has largely stayed out of the public spotlight in recent years.
The sweet reel comes weeks after the couple announced the arrival of their first baby.
Jana and Stephen recently announced the arrival of their son, Archie Gerald Wissmann, born on December 30, 2025. In an Instagram post, they shared that they wanted to adjust to life as new parents before sharing the happy news, and that Archie has brought immense love and joy into their lives. They are cherishing these first few weeks together.
The couple, a former reality TV star and businessman who married in 2024, shared sweet photos of themselves holding their newborn baby, wrapped snugly in a soft, sage green blanket.
Months earlier, Stephen, 32, and Jana shared their excitement about expanding their family.
The couple announced on Instagram on August 18th that they are expecting a baby in January 2026. They expressed their excitement and said they can’t wait to start this new adventure as a family.

Archie received lots of love from the start, even before he got to meet all of his mom’s relatives. Jana’s sister, Jessa Duggar Seewald, was especially excited to become an aunt again.
The mom of six shared on Instagram on August 18th how excited she is for her sister, Jana Duggar, and Stephen Wissman. She said she can’t wait to meet their baby and plans to be the fun favorite aunt!
Jessa has a lot of siblings – sisters Jill Dillard, Joy-Anna Forsyth, Jinger Vuolo, Johannah Duggar, Jennifer Duggar, Jordyn Duggar, and Josie Duggar – so she faces some tough competition.
Jana responded to comments on her Instagram story, jokingly saying, “Thanks! It seems like a lot of aunts are trying to win that title.”

This couple, who first fell in love in high school, are now parents to nineteen children and grandparents to more than thirty-six grandchildren.
Michelle remembers accepting a religious faith at age 15. Later, Jim Bob was visiting homes in the neighborhood as part of his church’s outreach program. A friend mentioned a new believer – a cheerleader from school – lived with the Ruarks, so Jim Bob went to their door.
Jim Bob and Michelle first met when they invited her to Sunday school at their church, and Jim Bob hoped they would become spiritual mentors to each other. Michelle didn’t recall the meeting being particularly memorable, though. A year later, she applied for a job at the frozen yogurt shop owned by Jim Bob’s parents. As Michelle recalled in a 2017 blog post celebrating their 33rd wedding anniversary and Jim Bob’s birthday, she was working at the cash register when he introduced himself. He was shy but kind, and eventually worked up the courage to ask her to the junior-senior banquet.
They first met at a dinner held at Shiloh Christian, but it was a long conversation about the Bible at her parents’ house afterward that really sparked a connection. Michelle later described it as the moment their hearts truly connected. They graduated high school in May 1984 and were married just two months later in July. Michelle was 17, and Jim Bob was 19 at the time.

The couple dedicated themselves to God and each other for the long run.
Jim Bob previously served as a state representative for Arkansas’s sixth district from 1999 to 2002, where he was the vice chair of the House Corrections and Criminal Law Subcommittee. He ran for U.S. Senate in 2002 but didn’t win the primary, and in 2006, he unsuccessfully sought the Republican nomination for the Arkansas State Senate’s 35th district.
Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are licensed real estate agents and have long been involved in conservative activism. This aspect of their lives made them both supporters and targets of criticism surrounding their show, 19 Kids and Counting (originally 17 Kids and Counting, which first aired in 2008).
As of October 2024, they were grandparents of 33 with three on the way.

Josh Duggar, the oldest of the Duggar children, was born on March 3, 1988. Like his parents, he became involved in conservative activism, working with the Family Research Council.
He resigned after old police records from 2015 came to light, detailing accusations that he had sexually abused several girls, including his sisters Jessa and Jill Duggar, while he was a teenager. In June of that year, Jessa Duggar defended her brother in an interview with Fox News, claiming the accusations were exaggerated and untrue. She stated that, as one of the victims, she knew the claims were false, even though some people disagreed with her perspective.

His wife, Anna Duggar, whom he married on September 26, 2008, in a ceremony shown on the show 19 Kids and Counting, remained supportive, even after he confessed to infidelity.
In 2016, when he began treatment, his parents described it as an important start to his recovery process.
Anna and her husband have seven children: Mackynzie (born October 8, 2009), Michael (born June 15, 2011), Marcus (born June 2, 2013), Meredith (born July 16, 2015), Mason Garett (born September 12, 2017), Maryella Hope (born November 27, 2019), and Madyson Lily (born October 23, 2021). Interestingly, Meredith was born on the same day TLC canceled the show 19 Kids.
In April 2021, Josh was accused of receiving and possessing child pornography in a federal indictment. He initially denied both charges. However, in 2022, he was convicted on both counts, although the judge later dismissed the possession charge. He received a prison sentence of 12 and a half years.

Soon after Josh arrived, Michelle became pregnant again, but sadly had a miscarriage. While they were still mourning this loss and seeking direction, they were overjoyed to discover they were expecting twins.
It felt like a wonderful gift from God, a real encouragement to us,” she explained. “We’re still figuring things out as we go. It’s quite rare – I breastfeed, and my children are very close in age. I have a baby, and then I’m pregnant again just eight months later. It’s another unique part of what God is doing in our lives.
John-David Duggar and his twin sister Jana Duggar were born on Jan. 12, 1990.

John-David and Abbie-Grace Burnett married on November 3, 2018, after a quick romance and engagement. They had known each other for some time before officially meeting at a church event in Oklahoma, where Abbie grew up.
They welcomed daughter Grace Annette Duggar on Jan. 7, 2020 and son Charlie Duggar in September 2022.
On their 30th birthday in January 2020, Jana shared a heartfelt message about her and John. They’d often been asked if they had a special ‘twin connection’ – that feeling of knowing what the other is thinking or feeling. Jana had always said no, but she realized that when their daughter, Gracie, was born, she felt just as much joy as John did. She playfully admitted that maybe the ‘twin thing’ was real after all!
Jana said it was lovely seeing them and Abbie as parents, and that they were both natural at it. She added that all the great qualities that made him such a good brother would also make him a fantastic dad.
Abbie and John-David found out they’re expecting a baby girl at a combined baby shower with Jana in November 2025.

Jana watched eleven of her eighteen siblings get married before she met her husband, Stephen Wissmann. Interestingly, Stephen’s sister, Hannah, is married to Jana’s brother, Jeremiah. Although she sometimes felt frustrated by the wait, Jana believes everything happened according to God’s plan.
Jana explained to People magazine that she’s marrying later in life because she trusts that God has a plan for everyone. ‘We all have unique journeys,’ she said, ‘and it would be a pretty dull world if we were all the same.’ Her wedding is scheduled for August 15, 2024.
Just over a year later, the couple shared that they’re expecting their first baby.

Jill Dillard (born May 17, 1991) met her husband, Derick, in a way that reminded people of her parents’ romance. He visited the Duggar family home in December 2011 while caroling with his church group, and they were introduced. Derick grew up about 45 minutes from the Duggars.
Jim Bob introduced Jill and Derick, and they quickly connected through emails and video calls. That November, Jill and her father visited Derick in Nepal, and their relationship blossomed. In February 2014, Derick formally asked Jim Bob for Jill’s hand in marriage, and they were married on June 21, 2014. They now have three sons: Israel, born April 6, 2015, Samuel, born July 8, 2017, and Frederick, born July 7, 2022.
In April 2024, Jill announced she and Derick had sadly lost their first baby girl during pregnancy.
In the Amazon Prime Video documentary Shiny Happy People: Duggar Family Secrets, which debuted in June 2023, Jill and Derick Duggar discussed the controversies and religious beliefs connected to their family.

Jim Bob and Michelle’s fifth child, Jessa Duggar, was born Nov. 4, 1992.
Jessa and Ben first met at church, and he began pursuing her in 2013. Their courtship—a traditional approach to romance—was new to many viewers. Because the couple didn’t discuss their relationship before getting engaged, Jim Bob explained to People magazine that courtship involves getting to know each other with both families involved, and setting shared goals to see if they’re a good match for marriage. He contrasted this with dating, where couples often spend time alone, which can sometimes lead to physical intimacy.
Ben sought permission to marry Jessa and proposed in August 2014, marking the occasion with their first time holding hands. They wed on November 1, 2014. While Jessa was expecting their first child, the show 19 Kids and Counting was canceled. Shortly after, TLC aired a special featuring Jill and Jessa discussing sexual abuse to raise awareness among viewers. That winter, the sisters then starred in their own show, Jill and Jessa: Counting On, which later became Counting On and included other members of the Duggar family.
Jessa and Ben have four children: Spurgeon, born in November 2015; Henry, born in February 2017; Ivy Jane, born in May 2019; and Fern, born in July 2021. Sadly, Jessa experienced a miscarriage during the 2022 holidays. They welcomed their fifth child, George, in December 2023.
In August 2025, Jessa announced the birth of son Edward.

The sixth Duggar child, Jinger Vuolo, was born Dec. 21, 1993.
Jinger and Jeremy first connected while doing mission work in Laredo, Texas, and began dating in 2016. They got married on November 5, 2016—which happened to be the birthday of Jinger’s nephew, Spurgeon—and quickly faced speculation that they were expecting a baby. (It’s hard to avoid overlapping important dates when you’re part of a large family of nineteen!)
In a 2017 episode of Counting On, Jinger shared that she and her family hoped to be settled in Laredo a year from then, continuing their ministry and finding ways to serve God.
The couple’s daughter, Felicity, was born on July 19, 2018. They had previously announced in May of that year that they were expecting another child, but shared that Jinger had experienced a miscarriage in the fall of 2017. Their second daughter, Evangeline Jo, arrived in November 2020.
Son Finnegan Charles was born March 29, 2025.

Joseph Duggar, born on January 20, 1995, proposed to Kendra Caldwell at his sister Joy-Anna’s wedding in May 2017. They had met through church and had been courting for only a few months when he popped the question.
Joseph admitted he was nervous when he proposed, but he felt confident she’d say yes, recalling her telling him, ‘I’m just waiting on you!’ Kendra, after accepting, shared, ‘I’m so happy and so shocked – I don’t even know what to say!’
The couple has welcomed three children: Garrett, born in June 2018, Addison, born in November 2019, and Brooklyn, born in February 2021.

Eighth in line, Josiah Duggar was born on Aug. 28, 1996.
After publicly dating for only a few months, the couple announced their engagement in March 2018. He shared that he proposed to Lauren in the same location where her parents had gotten engaged, explaining that the property held a lot of family history and was particularly meaningful to her.
Lauren’s future mother-in-law, Michelle, shared in a video on the family’s blog how much they adore her, calling her a ‘precious girl.’ Jessa and Ben also sent their congratulations, along with chocolate candies shaped like hearts and kisses. Michelle jokingly said, ‘I’m guessing you’re saving your first kiss for the wedding,’ before holding up the chocolates as a fun consolation prize if they visited.
Josiah previously dated Marjorie Jackson, but they ended their relationship in the summer of 2015. He told People magazine in March 2016 that they had enjoyed their time together and were both seeking God’s guidance. Ultimately, Marjorie felt the timing wasn’t right, so they decided to take a break from the relationship.
He and Lauren got married on June 30, 2018, and described their wedding day as “absolutely perfect” in an interview with People magazine. They had their first daughter, Bella Milagro, on November 8, 2019—a name meaning “miracle baby,” as Lauren had previously experienced a miscarriage in October 2018. Their family grew with the arrival of another daughter, Daisy, in 2022, and a son named Ezra in May 2023.

Ninth sibling Joy-Anna Duggar was born Oct. 28, 1997.
Oh my gosh, I’ve been following Austin Forsyth forever – seriously, 15 years! It was so sweet seeing him and Joy-Anna Duggar finally get together, though! They’d been friends for ages before they started courting, and then things moved so fast – in the best way! He proposed in February 2017, and they were married in May at Cross Church in Arkansas – remember that wedding? It was amazing, and it’s where Joseph Forsyth proposed to Kendra too! It was a day full of love!

Joy-Anna and Austin are parents to three children: Gideon Martin Forsyth, born February 23, 2018; Evelyn Mae Forsyth, born August 21, 2020; and Gunner James Forsyth, born May 17, 2023.

Jed and Jeremiah Duggar, the second set of twins for Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, were born on December 30, 1998.

Jed and Katey Nakatsu got married in April 2021 after dating for a year. They have two children: a son named Truett, born in May 2022, and a daughter named Nora Kate, born in June 2023.
Oh my gosh, you guys, I was SO excited when Jed and Katey announced they were expecting twins in July 2024! And then, January 8th, 2025… it finally happened! They had the most precious little girls, Elsie Kate and Emma Kate! I’ve been following their journey and I’m just completely obsessed with those sweet babies!

Jeremiah is a certified flight instructor and is married to Hannah Wissmann, who is the sister of Stephen Wissmann (Jana’s husband). They have two daughters: Brynley, born in December 2022, and Brielle, born in February 2024.
They announced the arrival of their third daughter, Emery ‘Emy’ Jane Duggar, on May 18, 2025.

No. 12 Jason Duggar was born on April 21, 2000.
Back in January 2017, the Daily Mail said Jim Bob assisted Jase in purchasing a run-down house in Prairie Grove, Arkansas—roughly 30 minutes from the Duggar family’s property. Jase then went on to launch his own construction business.
He publicly announced his relationship with Maddie Grace on Instagram in May 2024, and they got married the next October.

Charmed No. 13, James Duggar was born July 7, 2001.
He’s not currently looking for a romantic relationship, but he absolutely loves being an uncle to his many nieces and nephews.
Mom Michelle described James as the ‘fun uncle’ – someone all the younger boys admire and want to emulate. On his 19th birthday in 2019, she wrote about his knack for figuring things out. Even when he was little, he was always taking things apart – from household appliances to anything else he could get his hands on – to see how they worked. He wasn’t just taking them apart though; he’d rebuild them, often with his own improvements!
James put in a lot of effort this year and earned his commercial driver’s license! He’s now skilled at operating large trucks and heavy equipment, and we’re excited to see what opportunities lie ahead for him.

No. 14 Justin Duggar arrived on Nov. 15, 2002.
He started dating Claire Spivey in September 2020, and they announced their engagement the following November. They were married on February 26, 2021.

Jackson Duggar, the fifteenth child of Jim Bob and Michelle, was born on May 23, 2004. He’s pictured here with his older sister, Jill.

As a mom, seeing Jackson turn sixteen was such a special moment! I told him how much I love his sense of humor, and honestly, I could just feel his excitement about finally getting his driver’s license – he’s been counting down the days, that’s for sure!

Johannah Duggar was born on October 11, 2005, which is why her family was featured in the special called 16 Kids and Moving In.
On her daughter’s fifteenth birthday in 2020, Michelle wrote about how much joy the girl brings to everyone around her. She’s described as friendly and loves meeting new people, and her younger sisters completely idolize her. Michelle expressed deep gratitude to God for being her mother.

Jennifer Duggar arrived on Aug. 2, 2007, then the baby of the family.
Their TLC show that premiered Sept. 29, 2008, was christened 17 Kids and Counting.

Now, OMG, she’s a teenager.
When her daughter Jennifer turned thirteen, Michelle described her as someone you can always count on, incredibly loyal, and a joy to be around! The nieces and nephews adore her, often clinging to her because they don’t want her to let go. Jennifer also loves animals and is dedicated to caring for her pets each day – she even recently helped raise seven baby bunnies!

Here on the right, the penultimate Duggar child was born Dec. 18, 2008.

In 2019, Jordyn-Grace’s mom described her as friendly and approachable, someone who immediately connects with everyone she meets. She also said Jordyn-Grace’s laughter always brightens their day.

Josie Duggar, born on December 10, 2009, was a premature baby, arriving three months early and weighing just 1 pound, 6 ounces. She spent six months in the NICU receiving specialized care. Here, she’s pictured holding her niece, Meredith.

Michelle described her daughter, Josie, as incredibly energetic when writing a birthday message for her 11th birthday in 2020. She noted that Josie is almost always on the go, from the moment she wakes up until bedtime!
