Directed by Ward Parry, the film Shelter features a stellar cast including Jason Statham, Bodhi Rae Breathnach (known for Hamnet), Bill Nighy (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest), Naomi Ackie (Blink Twice), and Daniel Mays (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story). He’s forced to leave his secluded life behind and face painful memories from his past as he tries to keep her safe, leading them on a challenging and emotional fight for survival and a chance at a better future.
‘Shelter’ Finds Jason Statham “At His Best”
The new action movie, Shelter, delivers everything fans expect from a Jason Statham film – pure, straightforward action. Both the director, Ric Roman Waugh, and co-star Naomi Ackie have created a lot of buzz around the movie, with Waugh claiming it showcases Statham at his peak and Ackie calling it a future classic.
