Jenna Bush Hager is thinking two steps ahead.

Already contemplating her future plans, the co-host of “Today with Jenna & Friends” on NBC is mulling over what she might pursue once she eventually steps down from the morning show.

Jenna expressed during the August 6 episode of Today, “I’ve been having this idea… I believe life should be divided into different stages, like chapters in a book. I have an aspiration… It might not be practical, but when the ‘Jenna & Friends’ chapter ends…

However, prior to her revealing her grand ambitions, the guest co-host Matt Rogers interjected with a question, “By any chance, what makes you think such an event could occur?

As a dedicated parent, I find myself acknowledging that the demanding nature of my profession might be at play here. I share children Mila (12), Poppy, and Hal (6) with my husband Henry Hager.

She chuckled and remarked, ‘Perhaps the world of linear TV!’ When the time comes for me to embark on a new journey, I imagine returning to Texas would be delightful. That way, my children, who attended a large public high school like I did, can experience a different lifestyle.

It appears that her 12-year-old had received a permanent ban from Studio 1A instead.
