The one where Jennifer Aniston is hanging with her new man.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I had the pleasure of spending an enchanting evening in the bustling heart of New York City on the 4th of August. My companion, the skilled hypnotherapist Jim Curtis, and I shared this delightful experience with my dear friends Jason Bateman and his wife Amanda Anka. We savored a sumptuous dinner together, making memories that will undoubtedly last a lifetime.
I, an ardent fan, spent a delightful three hours savoring a meal in the enchanting West Village, just as captured in the snaps graciously shared by People magazine, before retreating to my temporary abode for the night.
56-year-old Jen went for a relaxed look on her dinner date, wearing a long white dress, sandals, and a crossbody bag. On the other hand, Jim chose white jeans paired with a blue button-down over a black tee. He was also seen using a cane as they exited their car together.
It’s not unusual for Jennifer and Jim to socialize with Jason and Amanda; in fact, they were initially spotted together during the Fourth of July weekend while holidaying on a yacht in Spain, attending a party with Jason (the Arrested Development star) and his spouse.
Although neither “The Morning Show” actor, who was once married to Brad Pitt from 1998 to 2005 and Justin Theroux from 2015-2018, nor Jim have spoken openly about their developing relationship, Jennifer has mentioned in the past how visiting a hypnotist aided her in overcoming flying fears.

She confided in Travel + Leisure during April that she harbors a profound dread of flying. To ward off any ill fortune, she’d touch the plane with her right hand before boarding and step aboard with her right foot, but recently she’s been undergoing hypnosis sessions. A part of this process involves relinquishing those superstitious beliefs.
Jennifer added, “I have not been doing the right hand, right foot—and now it’s shockingly good!”

Furthermore, although she didn’t clarify if Jim was the hypnotist in that case, his website suggests that as a hypnotherapist specializing in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, he aims to help people escape their past and repetitive behaviors, leading to a fresh reality brimming with connection, companionship, and affection.
Furthermore, Jen has been an admirer of his work for some time, as evidenced by her sharing a snapshot of his book titled “Shift: Quantum Manifestation Guide: A Workbook for Coding a New Consciousness” in a collection of Sunday Instagram posts way back in May.

Jennifer Aniston was born on February 11, 1969, in Sherman Oaks, California, to actors John Aniston and Nancy Dow. Her godfather is renowned actor Telly Savalas, a close friend of her father’s. Originally, the family name was Anastassakis, but it was altered after they moved from Greece to the United States.
2. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in 2015, Jennifer Aniston disclosed her battles with dyslexia, a condition she was diagnosed with in her early twenties following difficulties in school. “I believed I wasn’t intelligent,” she explained, “I just couldn’t seem to grasp or remember anything.”
In a heart-to-heart conversation with her friend Molly McNearney in 2018, Jennifer Aniston shared her struggles with bullying during her middle school years.
In her interview with InStyle, Aniston shared that she was often teased as a child and admits she’s unsure why this happened. She was one of those kids who were singled out for ridicule by her peers. It was during the fifth, sixth, and seventh grades – an unusual phase in her life. Being on the heavier side, she became the target of their jokes.
4. Before she became a highly successful actor in Hollywood, Aniston had a much more ordinary job as a child, cleaning toilets. In an interview with Parade in 2009, she said, “I earned my allowance by cleaning toilets. I’m actually quite skilled at it.” Despite facing some hardships, Aniston was content with her life regardless of how much money she was making. She always appreciated the work she did.
And before landing the role that would make her a household name, Aniston worked as a waitress.
She confessed to Marie Claire, “I accidently spilled multiple Alpine burgers onto customers, and the mess of Swiss cheese and mushrooms isn’t exactly something you want in your trousers. I wasn’t a great waitress, but I was told that I had a pleasant demeanor and was charming, so people seemed to like me despite my clumsiness.

5. During her time at LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, known famously from the show Fame, Aniston participated in both volleyball and basketball while pursuing a drama education.
7. As a die-hard fan, I can proudly say that I used to hang out with none other than the remarkable Chaz Bono, Cher’s son, who was my classmate at an illustrious school. You wouldn’t believe it, but every day after school, a gang of us would head over to Chaz’s place! This little tidbit came from an interview Aniston gave to Allure back in 2011.
In her youth, Aniston adopted a dark, gothic style that contrasted with her current laid-back California image. As she recounted to People magazine, she referred to those high school days as challenging, explaining, “I was just misinformed. I was experimenting during the ’80s, and I ended up looking like a nightmare from the goth subculture. I wasn’t aiming for beauty; instead, I was trying to be the most rebelliously unattractive.
8. Jennifer Aniston’s debut acting role was a minor, unacknowledged one as a dancer at McDonald’s in the 1988 film “Mac and Me.” Prior to her iconic role in “Friends,” Aniston replaced Jennifer Grey as Ferris Bueller’s younger sister Jeanine in the brief television series adaptation of the classic movie. Notably, she appeared in the horror movie “Leprechaun” in 1993.

Since childhood, Jennifer Aniston has always been candid about the strained bond she shared with her mother, Nancy Dow, and the painful experience of witnessing her parents’ divorce in 1980.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter back in 2015, I admitted she was highly critical towards me. Given her status as a model and her undeniable beauty, it’s understandable she wasn’t always kind to someone like me who never quite measured up. To be honest, even after all these years, I still don’t see myself in the same light that others do, which is perfectly fine by me. What struck me as particularly frustrating was her unwillingness to forgive. Her grudges were petty and seemed to linger for no good reason.
Through conversations with WHO, the star revealed that therapy played a significant role in helping her comprehend and accept her mother’s actions, stating, “It requires a great deal of therapy, but eventually, one can move past it. Her behavior was simply a reflection of her, unrelated to me.
In the years leading up to his passing in 2016, I, being his daughter, had found myself estranged from my father. During this time, he publicly criticized you, made harsh remarks in a televised interview, and even wrote a tell-all book titled “From Mother and Daughter to Friends“. Regrettably, your decision not to invite him to your wedding with Brad Pitt the following year was well-known.
During an interview with Elle magazine in 2018, Aniston shared insights about their relationship, providing a glimpse into her mother’s actions.
In my opinion, she seemed to be overlooking what truly mattered in life. She was undeniably grappling with tough circumstances – strained financially and emotionally due to her absent husband. Navigating single parenthood in the ’80s wasn’t easy, and I can only imagine how challenging it must have been for her.

10. Who were the other actresses vying for the role of Rachel Green on Friends, the iconic TV show that aired on NBC from 1994-2004 and has since been hailed as one of the most successful TV series ever? Well, it was none other than Jane Krakowski (from Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt), Tea Leoni, Tiffani Thiessen, Elizabeth Berkeley, and even Courtney Cox! Can you believe it? It almost seemed like Monica would be Rachel instead!
Marta Kauffman, one of the show’s creators, shared that the original plan was to cast Rachel, but Courteney Cox preferred to play Monica instead.
11. Without a doubt, Cox eventually took on the role of Monica’s best friend, Rachel, and over time, they became close friends in real life, with Aniston serving as the godmother to Cox’s daughter, Coco. For a decade on set, the trio, including Lisa Kudrow, shared lunch together every day. During an NBC special in 2016, Cox mentioned, “We always ate the same food: a ‘Jennifer salad.'” In 2010, he revealed more details about this special salad, stating, “Our lunches consisted of a Cobb salad, but not really-it was a Cobb salad that Jennifer customized with turkey bacon and garbanzo beans, among other things.
Jennifer Aniston’s journey to landing the role that became “Friends” involved turning down other opportunities, such as joining Saturday Night Live. In a late-2019 interview on The Howard Stern Show, Aniston revealed her hesitation about the environment there and felt she was more suited for serious roles rather than comedy. However, viewers of Saturday Night Live did eventually get to see Aniston on their screens when she hosted the show in 1999 and 2004, and even made a guest appearance in 2016.
13. “The Rachel” haircut, which stirred up quite a sensation nationwide, had women flocking to salons across the country with pictures of Jennifer Aniston, asking for her signature choppy style. However, it seems that the iconic hairstyle didn’t sit well with Aniston herself, as she labeled it “the ugliest haircut I’ve ever seen” in an interview with Glamour magazine. Interestingly enough, Chris McMillan, Aniston’s longtime hairstylist and friend, confessed that he was under the influence when he first gave her the famous cut.

14. Despite earning $1 million per episode for seasons 9 and 10, making them the highest-paid TV stars in history, Aniston initially contemplated not coming back for Friends‘ final season. In a 2004 interview, she admitted to having reservations about it. (It’s common knowledge that she did return, and Rachel didn’t board the plane this time!) “I had some concerns I was addressing,” Aniston, who received an Emmy and a Golden Globe during the show, said. “I wanted us to end while we were still popular and on a high. I also felt like, ‘How much more of Rachel am I capable of?'” Fortunately, she had just enough left in her.

As a lifestyle expert, let me rephrase that for you: In the final taping of MIA, it was my then-spouse, Brad Pitt (who also graced the series with his presence), who expressed a desire to watch the episode when it aired, so he could be pleasantly surprised. One of the three wrap parties for the show took place at our residence, where the event was a formal dinner, complete with rare bottles of Haut-Brion wine that our producer, Kevin S. Bright, had purchased during season one and saved for this special occasion.
16. Halfway through the run of Friends, Aniston landed a role in the popular comedy Office Space. The studio sought a well-known actor for the movie, and her part was expanded due to the inclusion of the popular “flair” plotline. In an oral history published by EW, Aniston confessed to harboring two crushes (one from the past, one new) during filming. She had attended high school with producer David Herman, confessing, “I was smitten with him and also fearful of him.

In 2000, Aniston maintained her professional surname, but legally changed it to Pitt after marrying him. She requested that her previous name be reinstated when she filed for divorce in 2005, a split that caused a significant stir in the celebrity world due to the love triangle between Aniston, Pitt, and Angelina Jolie, his co-star in Mr. & Mrs. Smith, who later became his wife.
In the thick of the Jennifer-Brad-Angelina scandal in 2005, the popular Los Angeles store Kitson marketed “Team Aniston” and “Team Jolie” t-shirts for fans to express their loyalty or solidarity, priced at $30 each. As per Aniston’s well-known “Unsinkable” profile in Vanity Fair, sales of Aniston’s shirt were 25 times greater than Jolie’s.
As an ardent fan, I’ve always admired Jennifer Aniston for standing up against the intrusive world of paparazzi. In 2000, I found myself in a similar situation as her when two magazines published embarrassing photos of me, taken in my own private backyard. I took legal action and fought for my right to privacy.
Fast forward to 2006, another incident occurred where a paparazzo invaded my privacy by mailing out topless photos of me to several celebrity magazine editors. I didn’t let this go unchallenged and successfully settled the case. Jennifer Aniston, you’re an inspiration for standing up against such invasions.
As a devoted follower, I’d express it this way: In my legal declaration, Aniston stated that she experienced feelings of embarrassment, humiliation, distress, anger, and violation of her privacy due to photographs being taken inside my personal residence once more. This incident left me feeling hurt, distressed, and invaded, affecting both my peace of mind and emotional well-being.
In 2010, when John Mayer reflected on his past relationships, it was clear that Jennifer Aniston was the woman he couldn’t keep.
He confided to Rolling Stone that he never truly moved past their separation. “That period in my life was incredibly tough…I regret deeply that it didn’t endure. In certain aspects, I wish we could still be together.

For many years, Aniston has been a frequent topic in tabloids, often dominating headlines due to her high-profile romantic relationships. There have been countless articles about her heartaches, romantic entanglements, the persistent love triangle with Pitt and Jolie, and speculations of her pregnancy nearly every week.
In 2016, Aniston reached her limit, writing a compelling opinion piece for The Huffington Post titled “For the Record”, where she criticized the media’s tendency to objectify not only her but also women as a whole.
She clarified, “For the clarity, I am not carrying a child. Instead, I’m feeling exasperated.” She expressed her frustration over the constant athletic-like evaluations and body shaming disguised as ‘journalism,’ ‘freedom of speech,’ and ‘celebrity coverage.’
Additionally, she criticized the constant (and at times risky) scrutiny of the paparazzi and the media’s tendency to portray her life story as inadequate, unfulfilled, or unsatisfied, primarily due to her lack of children.
It’s not necessary to be married or mothers in order to feel fulfilled. Each of us gets to define our own unique version of ‘happily ever after.'” Absolutely!

22. Despite traveling extensively across the globe, it’s Cabo San Lucas that Jennifer Aniston finds most appealing when she takes a break. Often, she invites her renowned companions such as Emily Blunt and John Krasinski, Courteney Cox, Jason Bateman, and his wife Amanda Anka to join her. If you’re looking for a sun-soaked vacation reminiscent of Aniston’s style, the One & Only Palmilla is her preferred destination.
23. Positive update: Mexican cuisine benefits your body, as demonstrated by Aniston who frequently expresses her affection for nachos, avocado dip, and tacos. As she puts it, “I can never resist a delicious Mexican dish, such as crunchy tortilla chips with creamy guacamole.” (She shared this sentiment with Harper’s Bazaar.)
Of course, her preferred beverage is undeniably a margarita, as she confided in Yahoo! Beauty that the ideal one consists simply of pure tequila, fresh lime juice, and a hint of Cointreau – it’s simply divine.
24. Exercise undeniably benefits the body, as Jennifer Aniston is consistently truthful about the effort she puts in to keep her well-known physique in shape.
Typically, I engage in a challenging trio, comprising a 15-minute bike ride, followed by 15 minutes on the elliptical machine, where I perform sprints for 90 seconds, followed by a 30-second jog, and conclude with interval training for the remaining minutes. On some days, I top it off with yoga. Lately, due to an injury, I’ve been limited to Barre exercises, which I must admit, I had forgotten how intense and challenging they can be!

25. Apart from her acting career, Aniston finds solace in boxing, which serves as a therapeutic outlet for her. As she put it to InStyle, “Boxing provides an excellent avenue to expel aggression. It allows you to mentally offload all the stress and negativity that accumulates daily, while briefly indulging in fictitious scenarios of who you’re really punching.” She added, “I’m thankful it isn’t the actual person, even though there is one individual. You understand what I mean. It’s all well and good.” (Paraphrased to maintain the original meaning while using simpler language.)
Aniston, known for her relatable yet inspiring lifestyle, has served as an ambassador for brands such as Aveeno, Smartwater, and Eyelove. According to Forbes, she earns more than $10 million annually through her endorsement deals.
27: As a lifestyle enthusiast, I can’t stress enough the importance of staying hydrated, just like my friend Jennifer Aniston. To achieve that radiant glow, make sure you drink plenty of water, get sufficient rest, engage in regular exercise, and opt for a clean, nutritious diet whenever you can – it truly makes a difference!

In 2015, Aniston openly confessed her fascination with the Kardashian-Jenner family to People magazine, stating, “I must admit, I’m quite captivated by their storyline.” Indeed, it serves as an enjoyable indulgence for her.
Another delightful indulgence? The Bachelor franchise, with Aniston making an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live in 2016 to share her top four picks for Nick Viall’s season. (Future Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay was among her favorites, demonstrating that she has a keen eye.)
The actress openly admitted her fondness for the program to Access Hollywood, stating, “I don’t mince words: it’s like indulging in tasty yet unhealthy junk food. It’s a captivating disaster! Honestly, have you ever watched it? You can’t pity them. They’ve willingly created that chaos just for our amusement.
As a committed admirer, I must confess that despite her previous promise never to partake, Jennifer Aniston made an exception and graced our Instagram feeds in the year of 2019.
Before creating her own social media account, she confessed to occasionally checking someone’s Instagram, and boasted about maintaining an empty inbox at all times. “You’ll never find 2,895,000 emails,” Aniston mentioned in the episode. “Every morning, when I clear out my inbox, I respond to my emails and provide everyone with the necessary answers, and that’s it.

32. In discussing her initial encounter with the renowned Dolly Parton, whom she collaborated with on the Netflix film ‘Dumplin’, Aniston shared that she had been a dedicated fan when they met eight years prior.
That evening, I climbed up to see her because I’d admired her since childhood, as it turns out she once shared on Jimmy Kimmel. Reminiscing, she mentioned how she used to belt out Dolly Parton tunes into a hairbrush. As for me, I confessed that I had named my pet after her.
Apart from Dolly, the white shepherd named after Dolly Parton, Aniston was also fond of another dog named Norman. Sadly, Norman passed away in 2011 at the age of 15. In remembrance, Aniston got a tattoo of his name on her right foot, which was her first one.
In a conversation with James Lipton on the show “Inside the Actors Studio,” she revealed that “Norman” was her preferred term of endearment (and it brought tears to our eyes!).
35. After that, Aniston, together with her former spouse Justin Theroux, took in a pitbull named Sophie and another dog, a terrier called Clyde.
36. Surprisingly, Jennifer Aniston didn’t have a show running in 2018, yet she was listed among the highest-earning TV stars that year, as reported by Variety. It was also announced that Aniston and Reese Witherspoon were expected to earn approximately $1.1 million per episode for The Morning Show, which debuted on Apple TV+ in 2019. Additionally, they served as executive producers on the series, contributing significantly to its production.

37′. It’s no secret that celebrities often get asked the classic question about their celebrity crush. Interestingly, Jennifer Aniston seems to be a popular choice among many men in Hollywood. Recently, the stars of Riverdale, KJ Apa and Cole Sprouse, admitted they have a crush on her.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Apa openly confessed his crush on Aniston, despite never having watched a single episode of Friends. Meanwhile, Sprouse fondly recalled working alongside her when they portrayed Ross’ son, Ben, in the sitcom (with Sprouse and his twin brother Dylan playing this role).
He shared with the New York Post that working with [Jennifer] was incredibly challenging for him due to his deep affection for her. He was smitten, left tongue-tied, and would often become flustered, struggling to remember his lines and focus. It was a real struggle for him.
However, these young heartthrobs should take their turn, since other well-known men expressed their affection for Aniston earlier than them.
Jake Gyllenhaal, who acted alongside Aniston in “The Good Girl”, found himself a bit tongue-tied when discussing his long-standing crush on her. In an interview with People, he admitted, “I’ve had a crush on her for years, and working with her wasn’t a breeze, let me tell you. She was…it was…I was, umm…yeah, that’s all I’ll say. It was, well, it was wonderful. You know, it wasn’t difficult.
39. Additionally, Ashton Kutcher disclosed a past wager from high school: at age 17, with the star gracing his screen-saver, he bet he’d date her. Remarkably, this turned into reality, albeit when she was still wedded to Pitt.
Five years after our initial encounter, I found myself in a position to ask the woman out – with Brad Pitt’s blessing, of course. He graciously encouraged me, saying, “You should give it a try.” With his encouragement, I extended the invitation, but she politely declined. I shared this story on The Graham Norton Show.

40. Following her departure from the production company she co-founded with Brad Pitt in 2006 (Plan B), Jennifer Aniston teamed up with her closest friend, Kristin Hahn, to establish Echo Films in 2008. This firm, which boasts a partnership with Universal Pictures, has been responsible for producing several of Aniston’s films, such as “The Switch,” “Cake,” and “Dumplin’.

Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler often work together as they are close friends; they recently teamed up again for the 2023 release of “Murder Mystery 2”.
Jennifer Aniston has kept George Clooney as a friend for many years, even after her separation from Brad Pitt. They reconnected during a crossover episode of Friends and E.R., and she visited him in Italy with his family, including wife Amal Clooney and their twins, in the summer of 2018. In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres in December 2018, Aniston expressed her awe at seeing Clooney as a father, stating that anything could happen.

43. In a 1996 article for Rolling Stone, Aniston shared the tale of being advised by her agent to shed 30 pounds before trying out for Friends. She recounted, “My agent said something along the lines of, ‘I’ve actually been wanting to discuss this with you.'” The kindest action he ever took, she stated, was delivering the harsh truth. The unpalatable side of Hollywood – I wasn’t getting many roles because I was overweight at that time.
She lost weight following Nutri/System and shared her positive experience on The Howard Stern Show, remarking, “I couldn’t believe the transformation.” Speaking about her body then, she exclaimed, “I didn’t realize I had this physique within me.
Looking back over two decades, I find myself deeply moved by Jennifer Aniston’s powerful voice against the unattainable standards that Hollywood imposes upon women.
In 2018, I passionately declared to InStyle that it’s high time we break free from the outdated notion that beauty is confined to a size 4, or the perfect butt and waist sizes, or specific measurements. It’s been done, it’s been said, let’s leave it in the past. Instead, let’s embrace change, evolve, and step boldly into a new era of self-love and acceptance.

45. After the #MeToo movement, Aniston openly discussed her encounters with workplace harassment. She stated in an interview for InStyle, “I’ve certainly had some inappropriate advances from other actors, and I dealt with it by simply walking away.” She added that no one in a position of power ever made her feel uncomfortable or exploited the situation. However, she experienced harsher verbal and energetic mistreatment from some women in the industry.
A concern about air travel, given her frequent work trips and desire for leisure vacations: Fear of flying.
In my twenties, I experienced a peculiar and frightening flight. Since then, I found myself drawn to the news stories about plane crashes, and my fear escalated to an overwhelming obsession with the thought of meeting my end on an airplane. Frankly, it was a mental whirlwind that I’d like to escape. It seems so irrational.
47. As per her best friend Kristin Hahn, Aniston takes on the role of organizer within their real-life social circle, earning the nickname “social glue”. Hahn also shared that when Aniston is absent, they struggle to fill the void, as quoted in Elle: “When she’s not around, we don’t really know what to do with ourselves.

48. Although Aniston has been divorced twice, she told Elle that she doesn’t consider these marriages as failures. “In my view, my marriages have been very successful. And when they ended, it was a decision made because we chose to be happy, and at times, happiness wasn’t present in that relationship anymore.
49. In an interview with Elle, Jennifer Aniston confessed that the concept of motherhood is “frankly, a bit terrifying” for her. She elaborated, “Not everyone is naturally suited to being a wife and a mother. I’m not sure if it comes easily to me. The future might bring a child and a partnership, but it’s unclear how that will happen…or if it won’t. With the advancements in science and miracles, we can now have children at times different from what was previously possible.
Jennifer Aniston, alongside the rest of the Friends cast, were deeply saddened by Matthew Perry’s passing on October 28, 2023. Later, she shared with Variety that they had exchanged texts earlier that day, with him still being his characteristic “funny Matty.” (Paraphrased)
“He was not in pain,” she recalled. “He wasn’t struggling.”
Additionally, she shared an image of their old text conversation, where Perry expressed to his ’90s crush, “You making me laugh really brightened up my day.” It truly did make my day.
