The one where Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curis make their public debut.

Just under two weeks after publicly confirming her relationship, the actress known from Friends and her hypnotherapist boyfriend appeared together for the first time at ELLE’s Women in Hollywood Celebration in Los Angeles on November 17th. She was being honored at the event.

Jennifer, 56, turned heads at the event in a sparkling black halter gown from Ralph Lauren’s 1997 collection, while Jim, 50, looked sharp in a black suit. Though she posed for photos on the carpet by herself, Jim later joined her inside. They snapped pictures with writer and producer Kristin Hahn, Amanda Anka – a close friend and Jason Bateman’s wife – and Andrea Bendewald.

At the event, Jennifer and Jim – who were rumored to be dating since July – enjoyed a double date with Adam Sandler and his wife, Jackie. Adam not only celebrated a close friend’s career, but also publicly acknowledged Jennifer’s new relationship.

Adam Sandler, known for Happy Gilmore, shared his joy for Jennifer and Jim finding love. He congratulated them onstage before presenting Jennifer with an award, saying, “You two deserve this wonderful relationship, and everyone loves you both!”

Jennifer and Jim recently enjoyed a night out, not long after publicly confirming their relationship on Instagram. To celebrate the wellness expert’s 50th birthday, Jennifer posted a black and white photo of her embracing Jim from behind at his birthday party.

“Happy birthday my love,” she captioned the sweet post on Nov. 2. “Cherished.”

Just a few days after Jennifer showed her affection, Jim reciprocated by posting photos from his party. The pictures included some of him and Jennifer, but they didn’t show much public display of affection.

“If this is a dream,” he captioned the Nov. 4 post, “I don’t want to wake up.”

Jennifer recently shared details about her relationship with Jim, describing him as a genuinely kind and down-to-earth person, and also praised his professional accomplishments.

She told Elle magazine in a recent interview that he’s a very talented person who does many things, including hypnotism, and that he’s helped a lot of people.
