Jim Curtis is revealing how he and Jennifer Aniston became more than friends. 

The wellness expert recently revealed details about his relationship with the former Friends star, including how long they’ve been dating.

Jim said on the Today show on January 26th that he and Jennifer have been together for months, almost a year.

So, how did they go from friends to a couple? They owe it all to their shared friends!

Jim, age 50, explained that they’d recently been introduced through friends. They discovered they had people in common and began talking. He said it took a while, but through those conversations, they grew close.

His comments come after giving Jen, 56, a subtle shoutout on social media while ringing in 2026.

Jim reflected on a great year, sharing in an Instagram post on January 1st that the best part was the people he shared it with. He’s excited about 2026 and hinted at some exciting things to come.

Jim shared a heartfelt message along with pictures of himself and Jennifer in a car, and another from a party featuring the actress from The Morning Show.

Jennifer also shared a year-end recap featuring Jim. Her Instagram post on December 31st was a video of her favorite moments from 2025, and she captioned it with a playful “Goodbye 2025!”

Jennifer Aniston and Jim Tugg are known for publicly displaying their affection, but she recently revealed what makes him – her first relationship since divorcing Justin Theroux in 2018 – and his work, particularly meaningful to her.

She told ELLE magazine in an interview published on November 12th that he’s a very talented person who practices hypnotism and helps a lot of people.
