Sean Durkin’s film, The Iron Claw, tells the story of the Von Erich brothers, a family of famous wrestlers who achieved success in the 1980s. The movie stars Zac Efron and Jeremy Allen White, alongside Harris Dickinson, Holt McCallany, Maura Tierney, and Lily James. With a critics’ score of 89%, The Iron Claw, from A24, is now streaming on Prime Video.
Good news for fans of compelling dramas! The Iron Claw will be available to stream on Netflix around February 19th. That’s the same day season 3 of The Night Agent arrives, and it’s part of a busy month for new content. The Lincoln Lawyer season 4 kicks things off on February 5th, and Bridgerton season 4, part 2 will be released on February 26th.
When initially released, The Iron Claw performed reasonably well, earning $46.1 million globally with a production budget of around $16 million. This puts it in the same league as other A24 successes like Past Lives ($42.8M), Midsommar ($46.7M), Uncut Gems ($50M), and The Brutalist ($50.2M). Many consider it to be Zac Efron’s strongest film performance to date, and it may be a career highlight for him.
The movie The Iron Claw was popular on HBO Max in June 2025, but it’s been available on several different streaming services since then.
