Jersey Shore Family Vacation Ending With “Next Level” Final Season

The Jersey Shore gang is ready to get crazy, get loud—one last time.

I can’t believe it, but after almost twenty years of watching Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Jenni “JWoww” Farley, and Pauly D, Jersey Shore Family Vacation is ending! And honestly, I’ve heard the final season is going to be absolutely unforgettable – I definitely won’t be missing it!

As a huge fan of the show, I’m so excited for the final season, premiering May 7th! From the sneak peek, it looks like Mike is promising an epic farewell, and it seems like we’ll finally get to see Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola marry Justin May – I can’t wait!

Viewers can look forward to the same funny moments they’ve enjoyed in the past. In one trailer scene, Nicole—who recently revealed she has cervical cancer—is seen dancing and playfully announcing, “I have no bra on!”

Although the recent season may have wrapped up the show’s main storyline, the cast suggests this isn’t necessarily the end for them. They’ve indicated they plan to return in some capacity soon after the 18-episode run.

Nicole, 38, shared a video on Instagram with her fellow cast members, writing, “Legends don’t retire—they find new paths.” She explained that while the TV network has changed, the show’s impact hasn’t, declaring Jersey Shore “forever” and teasing exciting things to come.

I still remember when Jersey Shore first came on in 2009 – nobody expected it to be such a huge deal! It ran for six seasons, and it was amazing to see the show grow with spin-offs like The Pauly D Project and Snooki & Jwoww. But it didn’t stop there! The concept went international, with shows like Geordie Shore in the U.K. and now even Canada Shore. It’s incredible how much the Jersey Shore family has expanded over the years!

After the original Jersey Shore ended in 2012, Jersey Shore Family Vacation brought the whole cast back together six years later. Sammi didn’t join immediately, but she did return during season six in 2023, saying she was ready for a new chapter.

She admitted things were difficult in the past, with a lot of ups and downs, but expressed hope that things would be better this time. She explained that she’s grown up a lot since she was 22 and wants to approach challenges in a more thoughtful way, telling Page Six she’s now more mature.
