It’s out with the old and in with the new for Jessi Draper.
Just two weeks after her husband, Jordan Ngatikaura, filed for divorce, the 33-year-old announced she’s starting fresh with a move to a new house.
On April 1st, the star of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives shared a photo of her renovated kitchen and living room on Instagram. She captioned the post “New beginnings,” hinting at a fresh start. She shares two children, 5-year-old Jagger and 3-year-old Jovi, with her partner, Jordan.
Moving was a big step for me, and I was so happy to hear Jessi wasn’t doing it all on her own! She shared that her family was there with her, helping her get settled into her new home, and it just warmed my heart to know she had that support.
She shared on Instagram that her siblings are the best, showing them helping her unpack and organize her new home and stock it with food and essentials after she moved in.
She expressed gratitude for her family and friends, who remind her that it’s okay to be imperfect and make mistakes. They help her remember she deserves love and is, like everyone, simply human. She’s looking forward to starting a new chapter in her life.

Jessi’s divorce was finalized on March 19th, marking the start of her life as a single mother. She and her husband, Jordan, had been married for five years. In a statement to TMZ, the 31-year-old said making the decision to divorce was difficult and painful.
As a dad myself, and to my daughter Peyton, who’s 13, I’m really focusing on gratitude right now for all the good times and everything I’ve learned. Things are changing, and we’re heading in different directions, but my kids are my absolute priority. I want to make sure they feel loved, supported, and safe as we navigate this new chapter.
However, six days later, Jessi discussed the situation on the Call Her Daddy podcast, stating she was surprised by her husband’s divorce filing and claiming he intentionally wanted the news to break publicly before she knew.
Jessi said in an interview on March 25th with Alex Cooper that she felt devastated when her ex-partner broke their agreement to tell their children about something together. She was relieved the kids were young enough that it wasn’t a major issue, but still felt it was a breach of trust.

She explained that their relationship had suffered greatly, both emotionally and mentally, especially after she became involved with Marciano Brunette from Vanderpump Villa. It had begun to crumble following that emotional connection.
She described feeling trapped and constantly criticized in her marriage, which left her deeply unhappy. She felt emotionally exhausted and believed her husband made it impossible for her to leave, especially considering the impact on her children. She was incredibly distressed by the situation.
During the interview, Jessi claimed Jordan had hired escorts and engaged in orgies while they were married. TopMob News contacted Jordan’s representatives for a response, but they did not provide one.

Jessi still defends what she said, but she recently acknowledged that her soon-to-be ex-husband will likely respond with a disagreement or explanation.
She shared on Instagram on March 26th that she was afraid to speak out, fearing it would cause conflict. She emphasized the importance of women voicing their experiences, particularly after going through a difficult situation.

Shortly after TMZ released a video of a 2023 fight between Jessi Draper’s Secret Lives of Mormon Wives co-star, Taylor Frankie Paul, and her then-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen, Jessi Draper shared what she initially thought when she saw it.
She explained to Alex Cooper on the March 25, 2026 episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast that while they were aware of the video and what occurred in 2023, they hadn’t actually seen the footage. She mentioned that the police possessed the video and had discussed its contents.
Watching that video is really difficult because Taylor is clearly hurting deeply, and I constantly remind her that this isn’t her true self. She fell into a very damaging pattern, and it’s heartbreaking—especially considering the child is involved. It’s a tough situation for everyone.
The hairstylist stressed that, even though Taylor’s five-year-old daughter was reportedly accidentally hit in an incident according to police records, she believes her friend is a good person.
Jessi emphasized she wasn’t defending anyone involved, but she personally knows Taylor and hopes for a positive outcome for everyone. ‘I truly believe people can overcome difficult situations,’ she said, ‘and right now, my biggest concern is the well-being of the children – I just want them to be safe, happy, and healthy.’

I was getting calls from Taylor and saw I’d missed two of them, and I immediately knew something was wrong, she said, recalling the moment while she was with Dancing With the Stars pro Sasha Farber. When I answered, she asked how I was doing. Taylor always has a lot on her plate, so she can seem a little distant sometimes, but she genuinely cares about her friends.
Jessi was going through a divorce from her husband, Jordan Ngatikaura, at the time, and Taylor reached out to see how she was doing.
Honestly, it was one of those awkward moments. Someone reached out and asked how I was, saying they’d just heard something was up. My immediate reaction? I just flipped the question back at them – I wanted to know how they were doing first! It felt like the most natural thing to say in the moment.
And she’s continued to ask Taylor that question in the days since.
Jessi mentioned she’d just spoken with her and that she seemed optimistic. She believes her friend understands the challenges ahead will be difficult and frightening.
She stressed that Taylor is always truthful. Everyone knows that about her, and she believes Taylor will navigate this situation as well as possible, but is currently taking some time to consider her options.

Jessi shared that the MomTok series might get through this current challenge, but they needed to temporarily halt production on season five. While executives initially decided to pause filming—according to a source who spoke with TopMob News on March 16—the cast agreed to extend the break after Dakota filed a police report.
We decided to stop filming as soon as we started getting hints about what was happening, before the news became public. We didn’t want to accidentally say something incorrect on camera without knowing all the facts.
She explained they didn’t want to deal with and discuss all of this at the same time. They decided it was best for everyone’s well-being to pause filming and take some time to process things, and she believes that was the right decision for all involved.

Despite deciding to end the relationship, the 33-year-old was surprised when her ex filed for divorce before she could. They share two children together, and she also helped raise his daughter from a previous relationship.
She said she felt devastated because they had promised to tell their children about the divorce together before making it official, and they still hadn’t done so – not even including his teenage daughter, who is around 13.
We planned to tell our children about the situation together, but he didn’t, and thankfully they’re still young enough that it hasn’t been too difficult. It felt like a real betrayal. I also had a lot of legal documents to complete, detailing how to split up our belongings – everything from furniture to cars and houses. We needed to submit these documents, but he went ahead and filled them all out without me, so I don’t even know what’s in them.
TopMob News contacted representatives for Jordan to get a statement regarding Jessi’s claims about their marriage and breakup, but they haven’t responded yet.

Jessi responded to rumors claiming Jordan was funding lavish parties during their marriage, specifying she understood those rumors to involve explicit sexual gatherings, often referred to as orgies.
“I don’t know what other kind of parties you would pay for,” she continued. “Like, you just go to a party, you know? So that’s what I have to believe. I’ve actually never asked him about this. I just heard about it.”
Okay, so she did address the rumors, but it was… confusing. She kept stressing she had absolutely no idea if any of it was true! She literally said she hadn’t even considered it before I brought it up, which just makes me think she’s trying to downplay things! It’s like she’s pretending to be clueless, and honestly, it just makes me even more convinced something is going on. I swear, she’s playing coy!

Jessi shared that she and Jordan haven’t spoken much since they started getting divorced.
She told me he’d sent her a text saying, ‘Just so you know, I submitted it, but I didn’t realize everyone would be able to see it.’
She said she replied to his comment, referencing a statement he’d already given to TMZ, with, ‘That’s funny, considering you spoke to them yourself.’
Jessi said she didn’t want to communicate with Jordan after he told her he’d been advised to end their direct conversations. She explained that she wanted all communication about their children to go through someone else, saying, “I told him not to contact me directly and that we’d handle things through a third party.”
In fact, she had even decided to change her phone number.
She explained, “He really has no idea how to reach me anymore.” I used to be able to talk to him about the children through my old phone, but he doesn’t have my new number. It feels like we’re going to be completely disconnected now.”

The reality TV personality explained that she became emotionally involved with, and even kissed, Marciano Brunette from Vanderpump Villa because she was having problems with her boyfriend, Jordan, in 2024.
She described feeling completely stuck in her marriage, like she couldn’t do anything to please him. He wore her down emotionally, and she was profoundly unhappy. She felt trapped not just financially and in her business, as viewers saw in season four, but also because he made her believe she had no way out.
She explained she was deeply hurt. Meeting Marciano was the first time someone had been kind to her, telling her she was attractive, enjoyable to be around, and valuable. She recalled thinking, ‘This is how a man should treat a woman.’
Jessi admitted that even before her affair with Marciano – which was revealed on season three of SLOMW in 2025 – she suspected it could cause her marriage to end. Despite knowing it was wrong to get involved with Marciano, she recognized the potential consequences at the time.
She recalled thinking that if she kissed him – just a simple kiss – it would give her a way to end things. She believed it would give Jordan a reason to break up with her, and she’d finally be free.
As she put it, “Even if it was me that did the bad thing, I was like, ‘Maybe this could end it.'”

The owner of JZ Styles claimed that before she and Jordan split up, he threatened to share screenshots of conversations between her and Marciano.
She explained that he began blackmailing her by threatening to post private text messages with someone named Marciano. He had these messages saved as a draft on his TikTok account. Whenever he was upset, he would threaten to share them and ‘ruin her life.’
I grabbed his phone and told him, ‘Jordan, don’t do this.’ At the time, no one else knew what I’d done. I said he would ruin not only my life, but also my business – I have fifty people working for me, and everything could be lost.
She alleged that he began recording her while she was trying to grab the phone from him.
That’s when I realized how unhealthy things had become. I was desperately trying to stop my husband from using something against me, and I knew I needed to leave. I ended the relationship the very next day, because I couldn’t continue living like that.

Jessi has a complex history with cosmetic surgery, and she recently opened up about why she didn’t talk about her procedures sooner.
You know, I often hear criticism for the choices I make, and honestly, it’s been tough. I felt like people were getting the wrong idea – thinking I simply wanted to look a certain way or have a particular outcome. Things didn’t unfold as I’d envisioned, and that’s why I felt it was important to share my story and set the record straight. I really wanted to be open about what happened and how it all went down.
She confessed she wished she hadn’t had several cosmetic surgeries after the fourth season, specifically eyelid surgery on both her upper and lower lids and a fat transfer.
Looking back at season four, she realized she actually liked how she looked and wondered why she’d ever doubted it. She explained that she wouldn’t have been able to say that before, but now she has a new understanding and doesn’t feel pressured to change her appearance.
However, she believed that it was, in part, due to her mental health struggles.
Looking back, she realized controlling her appearance was the one thing she felt she could manage. It might seem strange, but when she felt helpless, focusing on how she looked became a way to cope.

Even though the cast of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives has faced some challenges, Jessi says they genuinely care for each other. Currently, she’s closest to Mayci Neeley and Mikayla Matthews.
Jessi hasn’t spoken to her costar, Demi Engemann, since they had a disagreement during season two and last saw each other at the season three reunion.
It’s been a complicated relationship with Demi,” she explained. “I genuinely hope she does well. We had a lot of problems, and I don’t think we were meant to be close friends forever, but I do want her to be happy. If we cross paths again, I can be polite, but I don’t see us becoming friends again.

Now that Jessi and Jordan are getting divorced, the reality star has talked about how they might divide their assets.
I’m relieved I won’t have to share any of my business assets, but I’m expecting to pay alimony and child support. There might be a lump-sum payment involved, but it’s too early to say for sure since he just filed yesterday, and I haven’t seen the specifics yet.
More than anything, she was relieved that Jordan wouldn’t be involved in any of her businesses, like her hair salon, JZ Styles, or her workshop, JZ Academy.
But she admitted that it’s difficult having to divide any assets with her ex.
She admitted things weren’t good. While acknowledging she’d also made errors in the relationship and that he deserved some consideration, she expressed frustration that he was now potentially taking a portion of the success she and her family had worked so hard to achieve building their business from nothing.
She also mentioned that if she needed to for the sake of their children, she’d be willing to compromise, explaining, “I want them to have a dad who is stable and consistent.”

Jessi’s recent breakup has marked the start of a new chapter in her life, and she might even be finding a new romance.
Jessi, who was once married to Zach Gish, confessed she hasn’t been on a date since she was 20. She explained that she married young – first to Jordan, right after turning 21 – and now feels incredibly nervous about dating again. ‘It’s like starting all over,’ she said, ‘I feel like a teenager and honestly have no idea what I’m doing!’
She explained she was ready to start dating again. She valued her newfound independence and wasn’t looking for a serious commitment right away. She wanted to enjoy meeting new people and have fun, but also recognized she needed to be cautious about getting involved with someone too quickly. She anticipated talking to different guys and wanted to make sure she didn’t rush into anything without thinking it through.
