Jessica Alba, Cash Warren’s Million-Dollar Divorce Settlement Revealed

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren are beginning a new chapter.

A judge recently finalized the divorce of the producer and the actress known for her role in Fantastic Four, about a month after they began the process. Court documents filed on March 16th, and obtained by TopMob News, detail how the former couple will divide their property.

According to court documents, Jessica and Warren will split their community property equally. This property includes everything they acquired from their wedding day on May 19, 2008, until they separated on December 27, 2024. It includes investments in companies like WeWork and Culver Studios, stocks, and personal items like furniture and art from their homes and other properties they owned together.

Jessica, who shares three children – Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, 8 – with her ex-husband, Cash, is also required to give him $5 million from the sale of a jointly owned home and put aside $500,000 for their children’s needs.

In addition to the settlement, the 47-year-old will get half of the earnings from his ex-wife’s acting work during their marriage. This includes income from shows and movies like Machete, Valentine’s Day, The Office, Barely Famous, and Dear Eleanor. He’ll also receive half of the stock options she received from The Honest Company.

The 44-year-old, who publicly revealed her relationship with Danny Ramirez in November, will receive half of the earnings her ex-husband makes from projects he produces, such as Being Terry Kennedy and Crips and Bloods: Made in America. However, any money earned from projects created before their marriage or after their separation will remain separate and belong to each individual.

The former couple will share legal custody of their three children – Honor, Haven, and Hayes – and neither will be required to pay child support to the other right now, according to the legal agreement.

With joint legal custody, both parents will share the responsibility for making important decisions about their children’s health, education, and well-being. However, everyday decisions will be made by the parent who has the children with them at the time.

Both parents will need to agree on any changes to their children’s education or activities, as well as when applying for new official documents like driver’s licenses or passports, and even for things like tattoos or piercings.

Both Cash, who recently began dating Hana Sun Doerr, and Jessia have the right to arrange medical or therapy appointments for their children. However, they need to let each other know at least 48 hours beforehand, unless it’s an urgent medical situation.

After fairly splitting their shared property, both parties agreed to give up any right to receive financial support from each other in the future.

Since their breakup, Jessica has been focusing on positivity.

The actress, known for her role in Honey, shared a Christmas photo on Instagram on December 26, 2025. She filed for divorce the following day, ending her marriage to Cash.

The pair attended a screening of Jessica’s film Trigger Warning with their daughters in June 2024.
