Jessica Alba Shares Behind-the-Scenes Look at Super Bowl Appearance

Jessica Alba was honored to be included in Bad Bunny’s casita.

Following her appearance in Usher’s Super Bowl Halftime Show with stars like Pedro Pascal, Alix Earle, Karol G, and Cardi B, the actress known for “Honey” shared that it was “a true honor to be part of such a historic event.”

Jessica shared on Instagram on February 9th that the event was filled with palpable joy and pride. She described it as a heartfelt tribute to Puerto Rico and the United States, emphasizing that it was more than just a show – it was a celebration of dignity, inclusivity, unity, representation, and love.

Jessica Alba, 44, who has three children – Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, 8 – with her ex-husband Cash Warren, also complimented Bad Bunny (whose full name is Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio) for his storytelling. She praised his ability to create narratives deeply connected to his culture, community, and personal experiences.

She continued, explaining that the stories from yesterday were highlighted on a huge platform. Seeing him celebrate the variety within our community was incredibly moving – it gave me goosebumps. Some of the most powerful experiences don’t need words; you simply feel them.

Jessica, having been involved in Bad Bunny’s special performance, shared that ‘yesterday was all about pure joy and fully embracing the moment.’

Jessica concluded by saying that when we celebrate cultures instead of letting them disappear, and when we include everyone instead of leaving people out, that’s when we truly come together. Echoing Benito’s words, she emphasized that ‘love is more powerful than hate.’ Through love, happiness, and togetherness, we can overcome challenges and achieve great things.

The Super Bowl ‘casita’ is just the newest example of Bad Bunny’s talent for including famous guests in his shows. He previously used a similar set, called ‘La Casita,’ during his concerts in Puerto Rico, where stars like LeBron James and Austin Butler (who appeared with Bad Bunny in ‘Caught Stealing’) joined the performances.
