Jessica Biel’s go-to fitness routine may not have you feeling in seventh heaven in the moment.
However, the success of her fitness regimen is evident from the responses it has generated. Admittedly, there have been discussions about her toned arms and back, which she showed off in that dress on The Better Sister. Consequently, the actress shared the secrets behind her impressive physique with her fans.
Jessica expressed early in her July 10th TikTok video that the peak figure portrayed in the show is unsustainable unless one adheres to an extremely disciplined lifestyle regarding diet and fitness, which she finds challenging. However, she added that she’s now working on a plan to gradually get closer to that shape again, inspired by her trainer Ashley Brown.
She promptly pointed out that these exercises could be adapted using household items instead, since she replaced a barbell with a dumbbell for her initial move, specifically the hip thrust with a barbell.
The actress from 7th Heaven remarked as she started her cable medial hamstring raise exercise, ‘I don’t have a cable with me.’ She continued, ‘I’m simply traveling and adapting to the best of my ability.’
In the comments, Jessica was highly commended for her honesty about her fitness regimen. To conclude her routine, she performed an exercise focused on her lower abs and shared insights about her workout history. “My body isn’t what it used to be at 20,” she explained to the camera, “so I’m modifying my workouts according to my current needs. It’s crucial to develop muscle, which is a significant aspect of my training program, and flexibility as well.
She added, “I hope it didn’t seem entirely dull.” She appreciated you taking a look. “Here’s to growing older and wiser together.”
Or, in a more conversational tone:
“I just wanted to check, did it feel like I was talking to a brick wall or something?” she laughed. “Thanks for giving it a read though. Here’s to us both getting wiser as we grow!
An additional method she’s maintaining her fitness involves navigating life with her two boys, Silas (aged 10) and Phineas (aged 4), whom she is married to Justin Timberlake.
Jessica shared with TopMob News in May that both she and her husband, who have been married for 12 years, each have a miniature version of themselves. She explained, “They’re a blend of us, and they’re their own unique individuals.” Jessica also mentioned that while her older child appears to resemble her, there are traits that suggest they are more like the father, and vice versa for the younger child.
Jessica isn’t the only star to share insight into their workout regimes. Keep reading for more…

The record producer opened up about his love for golfing and how it’s helped him slim down.
In an interview with Us Weekly on September 20th, he shared that he performs this task daily and enjoys taking breaks to respond to emails or calls while either riding on a golf cart or walking around. He finds this not only productive for his work but also incredibly enjoyable due to the natural surroundings and sunshine, which he feels rejuvenates him.
To be completely honest, I’m currently enjoying working up a good sweat by playing video games in virtual reality (VR). We just got our VR headset when everything was closing down, and it has been an absolute game-changer during this quarantine. There are numerous games that challenge you physically, and the experience is simply fantastic. I must admit, I usually feel quite sore after my gaming sessions.
Typically, I go to the gym, but at present, I’m attending online classes with my Pilates instructor Britni Lariviere. Additionally, I’m attempting to jump rope daily, aiming for 2,000 jumps each time.
Currently, we’re really enjoying family bike trips and I make sure to set aside half an hour daily for Pilates sessions led by Andrea Rodgers, as well as foam rolling exercises guided by Lauren Roxburgh.

Through my Brooke Burke Body fitness app and Instagram live sessions since quarantine began, I’ve been engaging audiences, encouraging them to stay fit in a fun and creative way. I particularly enjoy hosting total body cardio parties where I pump up the music, let participants find their rhythm, and help them burn calories. If you’re not breaking a sweat during these workouts, then you’re probably not pushing yourself hard enough!
I’ve been quite busy with my fitness routine, which includes Sculpt, Cardio Boxing, and Yoga Classes from the obé Fitness App, as well as virtual Pilates classes from Pilates By Amanda. When I’m short on time, I turn to quick workout routines posted by Lauren Gores on her Instagram.
During the lockdown, I’ve been leading my own yoga sessions. It allows me to explore various aspects, and before I know it, I’ve usually spent around two hours.
My personal trainer, Amoila Cesar, consistently brings out the best in me by tapping into my resilient, competitive spirit. I thrive on his intense coaching style. During the lockdown, I found solace in his 6 Weeks of THE WORK program available on Beachbody on Demand. I also cherish a challenging barre class and can’t go without my daily dose of yoga.
For the past while, I’ve found myself grooving to tunes inside my home quite often. There are times when I follow a rhythmic pattern, others where I let my movements flow freely, and on some occasions, I even add a bit of twerking to the mix! And oh, don’t forget that I also love hiking!
I regularly practice P.Volve workouts, both attending classes in person for years and streaming them from home. I make it a point to exercise at least three to four times a week, even if it’s just for 30 minutes. The focus is on strengthening and elongating muscles. It’s a workout routine that I truly enjoy!
