Jewel’s Jaw-Dropping Muscles Prove Her Workouts Are Not a Foolish Game

Jewel isn’t standing still this season.

Jewel, known for her hit song “Pieces of You,” has been working hard at the gym to stay in shape. She recently shared a glimpse of her active summer, revealing her toned physique and dedication to fitness.

Jewel shared a summer update on Instagram, saying she spent the season traveling, working out to stay strong, and enjoying quality time with family and friends. She also dedicated more time to painting, seeking adventure, and finding joy in everyday moments.

Jewel shared some photos showing off her fit physique, including a picture of her legs in a black bikini and another highlighting her toned abs. The post also included more relaxed moments, like her enjoying a cup of tea and a safari trip. She also shared a sweet photo with her 14-year-old son, Kase, who she shares with her ex-husband, Ty Murray.

Jewel’s fans were thrilled with her recent muscle growth, flooding the comments section with praise. People complimented her overall fitness, with one commenter specifically asking about her impressive leg and quad development. Jewel revealed she’s been adding a classic, old-school workout to her routine.

She said her fitness routine includes a blend of classic Calisthenics – ‘like the VHS workouts many of us did as kids’ – along with hot yoga, hiking, and weightlifting.

When Jewel isn’t practicing yoga, she stays in shape with Pilates and weight training.

The singer mentioned she eats a healthy diet of things like good fats, protein, organic vegetables, and ancient grains. She also admits to occasionally indulging in cheese puffs when she’s up late.

Jewel prioritizes more than just her physical well-being. She’s often talked about how meditation helps her stay focused while she’s working on different projects.

I’ve always loved how one expert described meditation – it’s like a workout for your brain, specifically building your ability to stay present in the moment. She explained it makes so much sense when you think about it: in any situation, like a business meeting, the person who’s truly *there* notices more. And being able to quickly understand and react to what you observe gives you a real advantage. Honestly, I’ve found that practicing presence has improved everything in my life, making me more effective and focused in all areas.

Becky shared how fitness was key to a remarkable 2023. In an interview with TopMob News, she explained, “Ultimately, I benefit the most from being healthier.” She believes that consistent dedication to wellness means you’ll spend more of your life *with* the habit than without it, and that’s a positive way to look at it.

She focuses on consistent exercise, whether it’s stretching at home, going for a walk outdoors, or any other workout she can fit in.

The Grammy-winning artist shared how her move to New York City motivated her to focus on her health and fitness. “Just walking around the city is great exercise,” Kelly told *People* magazine in a recent interview. I’m able to walk my dog around the hills, which is really important for both of us,” the *Dancing With the Stars* contestant explained. “But generally, I just need to move my body – even if it’s only for five or ten minutes.”

When she has time to exercise, she enjoys a mix of different workouts. ‘I love being able to do things like Kinrgy, Pilates, or yoga,’ she said. ‘Having that variety is what I like best.’

I make sure to get some movement in every day, even if it’s just for a few minutes. Sometimes I’ll put on music and dance – it’s a fantastic way to relax and boost my mood.

I’ve been really into VR for exercise lately. We got a headset right when lockdowns started, and it’s been a lifesaver! There are tons of games that give you a great workout, and I’m always surprisingly sore afterward.

I usually go to the gym, but right now I’m doing Pilates classes online with my instructor, Britni Lariviere. I’m also challenging myself to do 2,000 jump rope swings every day.

We’ve been enjoying a lot of family bike rides lately. I also make time for Pilates with Andrea Rodgers and foam rolling with Lauren Roxburgh – usually about thirty minutes for each.

I’ve been stuck at home for the past few months, and running while listening to music has been the perfect way to stay positive and energized. It always leaves me feeling fantastic and motivated!

I connect with and motivate people through my Brooke Burke Body fitness app! Since the start of quarantine, I’ve been live streaming workouts on the app and Instagram to make fitness enjoyable and fresh. I especially love leading ‘cardio parties’ – turning up the music, letting everyone find their groove, and getting a great workout! Remember, cardio should get your heart rate up – if you’re not sweating, you’re not pushing yourself hard enough.

I’ve been staying active with workouts from the obé Fitness app, including Sculpt, Cardio Boxing, and Yoga. I also take virtual Pilates classes with Pilates By Amanda. When I’m short on time, I love doing quick workouts with Lauren Gores on her Instagram.

I’ve been doing yoga at home during lockdown, and I often get carried away exploring different poses and techniques. What starts as a simple session usually ends up lasting around two hours.

My trainer, Amoila Cesar, really pushes me to succeed by tapping into my competitive spirit and determination. He’s a tough coach, and I thrive on it! When gyms were closed, I stayed motivated by completing his 6 Weeks of THE WORK program on Beachbody On Demand. I also enjoy challenging barre classes and make sure to practice yoga every day.

I’ve been enjoying a lot of dancing at home – I just put on music and let loose! Sometimes I follow a specific style, other times I move more freely, and occasionally I even twerk. I’ve also been getting outdoors for hikes.

I love P.Volve workouts! I’ve been taking their classes for years, and now I do them at home using their streaming service. I aim to exercise at least three or four times a week, even if it’s just for 30 minutes. The workouts focus on building strength and lengthening your muscles, and it’s honestly my favorite way to stay in shape.
