Saber Interactive has unveiled a fresh trailer for their forthcoming team-based shooter, titled John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando. The video emphasizes the action-packed gameplay that you can expect from this upcoming release, while preserving the 80’s atmosphere with its synthwave soundtrack. You can watch it below.
The preview showcased both gameplay segments and cinematic clips, highlighting extensively the abundance of weaponry players can utilize. Similar to its prior trailer, this new one maintains a playful tone, prioritizing ensuring players enjoy themselves as they massacre waves of adversaries.
In the trailer, there were demonstrated cooperative gameplay elements such as team members operating diverse vehicles and assisting one another when a vehicle becomes trapped in a trench. This footage aligns nicely with the cooperative shooter reports we received in July.
The game titled “John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando” will soon be available on Personal Computers (PC), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. It is scheduled to launch in the beginning of 2026.
