Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive have announced that the first-person shooter John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store) on March 12, 2026.
The game comes in two versions: standard and a special Blood Edition. If you pre-order either version, you’ll get the “Leon’s Secret Stash” content pack for free. The Blood Edition includes extra content released after the game launches, such as exclusive character, weapon, and vehicle skins, a gold-themed weapon Cosmetic Pack, a weapon charm, and a unique skin for each character.

As a huge fan, I’m so excited for this game! It looks like you’ll be fighting off absolutely massive groups of enemies, both while driving and on foot, and the boss battles seem incredibly challenging. The tech powering it – Saber’s Swarm Engine – is the same one that made World War Z: Aftermath and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II look so amazing, so I know it’s going to be visually stunning. Plus, you can play with friends on any platform, which is awesome! If you’re an adrenaline junkie or love ’80s horror, this is definitely one to watch when it comes out in early 2026!
