A new Jujutsu Kaisen movie event is happening in Japan, and the studio is working to remove leaked clips that have appeared online. While Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 officially premieres in January, fans attending the Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution event in Japan are getting an early look at the first two episodes and sharing highlights online.
Fans are excited about the new Jujutsu Kaisen movie, which is coming before the third season airs next year. However, the studio is concerned about people recording and sharing clips online. They’ve released a statement reminding everyone that unauthorized recording and posting of the film is illegal and a violation of copyright. They ask fans to respect the film and refrain from these activities so everyone can enjoy it properly.
Jujutsu Kaisen Studio Addresses New Movie Piracy
Recent screenings of ‘Jujutsu Kaisen: The Movie ‘Shibuya Incident – Special Edition’ × ‘Death Painting Wandering – Advance Screening” have had illegally recorded images and videos shared online. This is a crime, violating both the law against unauthorized movie recording and copyright regulations. Sharing these recordings on platforms like X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook is also illegal.
Breaking the laws against movie piracy and copyright infringement can lead to serious consequences, including up to 10 years in prison, a fine of up to 10 million yen, or both. We ask that everyone respects the film by not recording or sharing it online without permission. The movie will be available outside of Japan soon, so we appreciate your patience and cooperation to avoid any legal issues.
When Does Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Come Out?

The new Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution movie will be released in the US and Canada on December 5th. Fans can also see it early at IMAX screenings across over 100 theaters on December 3rd for a special one-night event. For those who miss the movie, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 will begin airing in January.
The first part of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3, titled Culling Game, will premiere in Japan on January 8th. Crunchyroll will be the only streaming service offering the new episodes outside of Japan, with episodes becoming available shortly after they air in Japan. You can also watch the first two seasons of the anime and the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie on Crunchyroll to get caught up before the new season begins.
