Good news for fans of Jujutsu Kaisen: the anime has been renewed for a fourth season! Season 3, titled “The Culling Game Arc Part 1,” premiered on Crunchyroll in January 2026. The series centers on Yuji Itadori, who becomes host to a powerful, ancient curse called Ryomen Sukuna.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 4 announced
Season 4 of Jujutsu Kaisen has been confirmed and is scheduled to premiere on March 26, 2026. The news was shared on the anime’s official X (formerly Twitter) account.
As a huge fan, I was thrilled to see Season 3, finishing up the first part of ‘The Culling Game’ arc in March 2026! The official announcement on X confirmed that the story continues straight into Part 2, moving into Season 4. It sounds like the intense battles between those with cursed techniques aren’t over, and we’ll find out what happens with Yuji and his friends as they try to wrap things up with these games. I’m definitely keeping an eye out for more updates!
The third season of the show ends with a longer-than-usual episode called “Sendai Colony.” It focuses on Yuta Okkotsu as he battles incredibly powerful sorcerers from the Hein era, including Takako Uro, Ryu Ishigori, Dhruv Lakdawalla, and a dangerous curse manifested as cockroaches. A particular moment from the finale – Yuta and the cockroach curse sharing a kiss – is getting a lot of attention online.
Fans are still waiting for the highly anticipated return of Gojo Satoru in the anime. After being trapped in the Prison Realm by Kenjaku, Gojo currently only appears in flashbacks. Many believe we’ll finally see him return in Season 4 of Jujutsu Kaisen.
More information regarding the release date of Season 4 and the cast has not been announced yet.
