Season 3 of Jujutsu Kaisen is about to take a break, and a preview of the next episode has confirmed this. The recent episodes have been full of action, but the upcoming part of the Culling Game promises even more chaos. Yuji and Megumi have been getting ready for the tournament, and the next episode will finally show them entering the competition.
Unfortunately, Jujutsu Kaisen will be taking a brief break after episode 7 of Season 3. While the next episode is still coming out this week, there will be a pause in new episodes next week, just as the exciting Culling Game arc is about to begin. You can get a sneak peek at episode 7 below.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Episode 7 Release Date and Time Revealed

Episode 7 of Jujutsu Kaisen: The Culling Game Part 1 will premiere on Thursday, February 12th, and will be available to stream on Crunchyroll at 8:30 AM Pacific Time. It will be accessible to viewers in North and South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS, India, and Southeast Asia. New images from the episode suggest that Kinji Hikari will assist Yuji and Megumi after their recent battle, and all three are now participating in the Culling Game.
The Culling Game tournament rules state that fighters must compete for points within separate, sealed-off colonies. Yuji and his allies are trying to earn enough points to create a new rule that would exempt Megumi’s sister, Tsumiki, from having to fight. To do this, they plan to split up and enter different colonies to avoid battling each other, but this strategy will also expose them to increased danger.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Episode 8 Hiatus Announced

Shortly after its debut a few weeks ago, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 announced its episode release dates, including when the final episode would air. The schedule also showed a break between episodes 7 and 8. Instead of a new episode on February 19th, a recap special will air, and Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Episode 8 will premiere the following week on February 26th.
Good news for fans: the current pause in new episodes of Jujutsu Kaisen is only for a week, so the show won’t be significantly delayed. The third season will have fewer episodes than the first two, and the finale is planned for later this spring. The big question now is how much of the ‘Culling Game’ storyline will be adapted into the anime before the season ends.
