Julian McMahon’s cause of death has been revealed.

The former star of Nip/Tuck, who sadly passed away on July 2 at the age of 56, was confirmed to have died as a result of lung metastasis due to advanced head and neck cancer, according to a report from the Pinellas County Medical Examiner’s Office in Florida, which was acquired by TopMob News.

Following his death, which was deemed to be natural, Julian’s remains were cremated.
