Hanging out with her ex is all sunshine for Julianne Hough.

Five years following their public split, the host of Dancing With the Stars was seen enjoying a day out on the lake with her ex-husband Brooks Laich and his expectant fiancee Katrín Tanja Davídsdóttir.

On her Instagram Story, posted July 11th, Julianne was pictured kneeling on a boat’s deck, smiling next to the engaged couple and pointing at Katrín’s baby bump. The caption above the photo also acknowledged the baby, saying “A special day on the lake with these three adorable ones.

In addition, the 36-year-old shared videos featuring Brooks, Katrín, and herself demonstrating their skills while being towed by a boat while wakesurfing. Moreover, she posted a group selfie which had her brother, Derek Hough, in it.

Julianne’s summary of her sunny day outing with the ex-hockey player serves as a clear indication that they have managed to maintain a good relationship after their divorce in 2022. In fact, she was also present at the celebration of Brooks and Katrín’s engagement last year.

Additionally, several months prior to Brooks and Katrín’s engagement, Julianne recalled a delightful encounter she had with the couple at a wedding gathering.
