Jurassic Park Games Bundle Is Only $6 and About to Be Delisted

It’s common for games based on licensed properties to eventually be removed from digital stores, and that time is approaching for the Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection. This bundle of seven retro games, based on the popular film series, will soon be taken off digital storefronts on all platforms. But there’s still a chance to buy it at a discounted price before Limited Run Games permanently removes it.

The Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection will be removed from digital stores on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 & 5, and Xbox Series X|S on March 31st, 2026. Limited Run Games wanted to give players plenty of warning about this change, and assured players who already own the game digitally will still be able to download it even after it’s removed from sale – a common practice with digital games.

The game costs $29.99 on Nintendo Switch, PC, and Xbox, and players hoping for a price drop on those platforms may need to wait about 48 days. Fortunately, PlayStation players can get the game for only $5.99 on both PS4 and PS5 until February 25th at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. This offer is exclusively for PlayStation Plus members, and you’ll have to purchase the PS4 and PS5 versions separately. While this might not bother everyone, it’s important to know if you prefer a specific version or were hoping to earn trophies on both.

VGP reports that physical copies are no longer being made, though some may still be available. However, like many limited-run or smaller publications, these physical copies typically cost more than the digital version.

The Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection Is Cheap for a Limited Time

The Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection, released in November 2023, received mostly negative reviews, averaging a score of 48. Critics complained that it didn’t offer enough new content and that the games felt outdated and difficult to play. While a rewind feature was included to help with these issues, it was initially very limited and had to be updated to allow for more extensive rewinding.

It includes seven old school Jurassic Park games. These titles are:

  • Jurassic Park (NES)
  • Jurassic Park (Game Boy)
  • Jurassic Park (SNES)
  • Jurassic Park (Sega Genesis)
  • Jurassic Park Part 2: The Chaos Continues (SNES)
  • Jurassic Park Part 2: The Chaos Continues (Game Boy)
  • Jurassic Park: Rampage Edition (Sega Genesis)

These seven games were originally released between 1993 and 1995, highlighting how popular the series was at the time. As typical for games from that era, they’re either played from a top-down perspective or as side-scrolling platformers. Beyond the ability to rewind gameplay, the collection also offers features like save states, a music player, visual filters, customizable borders, and in-game maps.

This isn’t the first Jurassic Park game to become unavailable, and it probably won’t be the last. Telltale Games’ Jurassic Park: The Game came out in late 2011 but was removed from sale in late 2018.
