A major film from this year is now available to stream. Jurassic World Rebirth brought a fresh perspective to the dinosaur series, featuring new main characters and moving past the storylines of earlier films. Directed by Gareth Edwards and written by the original screenwriter, David Koepp, Jurassic World Rebirth earned $867 million around the world in theaters and is now coming to streaming platforms.
Universal Pictures revealed on Tuesday that Jurassic World Rebirth will be available to stream on October 30th, just in time for Halloween. The movie will be exclusively on Peacock, which is expected, as all of Universal’s films eventually become available on their own streaming service.
Rebirth is the newest major film from Universal Pictures to become available on Peacock, marking the end of a month-long series of theatrical releases coming directly to the streaming service. M3GAN 2.0 will be added on September 26th, and then the live-action adaptation of How to Train Your Dragon will arrive on October 10th.
Every Jurassic Park Movie Streaming
Jurassic World Rebirth is coming to Peacock, and the rest of the series will be available just two days after. Peacock announced that all of the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World movies will be streaming with Rebirth starting November 1st. This marks the first time all seven films in the franchise will be available on one streaming service.
Currently, Jurassic World Dominion is the sole Peacock offering from the Jurassic World series. While other films in the franchise were previously available on the streaming service, they were removed within the past month or two.
Along with the other Jurassic films, Jurassic World: Dominion (also known as Rebirth) coming to Peacock will include many bonus features originally released with the home version of the movie.
Peacock offers extra content like an alternate opening, removed scenes, a blooper reel, six behind-the-scenes featurettes, and a look at the Jurassic World Rebirth premiere. One of these featurettes explores the Rebirth Easter eggs, revealing the hidden details and secrets within the film.
Jurassic World Rebirth features a brand new cast, including Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, Rupert Friend, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, and Ed Skrein. All of these actors are new to the Jurassic series, which has consistently been a box office success ever since Steven Spielberg’s original Jurassic Park premiered in 1993.
