Kanye “Ye” West is facing more legal troubles.
Approximately one year following the initial lawsuit filed against the “Runaway” musician by his ex-assistant Lauren Pisciotta over allegations of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and other issues, her legal team submitted a revised complaint with further accusations on July 8, as reported by TopMob News based on obtained documents.
Pisciotta, who joined West’s team in July 2021 and stayed for a year and a half, claimed that West had created a hostile work environment, physically and verbally abused her, engaged in sex trafficking, discriminated based on gender, stalked her, unlawfully detained her, intentionally caused emotional distress, and failed to prevent harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
In her statement, the 36-year-old alleges that West behaves inappropriately as a sexual abuser and harasser, uses cyberbullying tactics, demonstrates anti-Semitic and bigoted views, and openly brags about his misogynistic tendencies.
In their defense, the lawyers claimed that the rapper offered an extraordinary chance for Pisciotta to progress her aspirations and catapult her career to unprecedented levels while working under him.
In the revised lawsuit, it’s claimed that she asserted West made lewd remarks concerning her physique, insisting she wear revealing outfits, in addition to frequently touching her inappropriately. Furthermore, she was allegedly compelled to observe West performing intimate acts with other women.
The West was allegedly held Pisciotta against her will, as it’s claimed that he intentionally kept her inside his airplane bedroom with him. This situation, according to her lawyers, led to her being confined in the room for a considerable duration – long enough for West to masturbate until he fell asleep.
The complaint stated that Pisciotta was supposedly pressured to engage in explicit text messaging with West, was persistently asked to participate in a sexual encounter despite refusing, and alleged that he sexually assaulted her once. Lawyers for her claimed that West threatened her with dismissal if she didn’t comply with his demands.

The document stated that he exerted control and caused distress to Ms. Pisciotta for about two years, doing so while falsely promising prospects for significant professional growth within the realms of music and fashion industries.
As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but share this: In late 2023, my world was turned upside down when I was abruptly let go. But instead of backing off, West allegedly persisted in dominating and intimidating me through physical attacks, battery, stalking, and harassment. To escape his relentless pursuit, I had to move all the way to Florida. Even after moving into my Los Angeles apartment complex, he continued to make me feel unsafe.
As a devoted supporter, I’m advocating for the court to decide the total compensation, encompassing both past and future earnings, during the trial. Additionally, I’m seeking coverage for legal fees incurred, as well as punitive and exemplary damages. Furthermore, I am leaving it up to the court to determine any additional relief they deem suitable.
TopMob News has attempted to get a response from both West’s team and Pisciotta’s representatives, but we haven’t received any comments as of now.
